My partner and I were visiting from Houston this past week, and Google happened to recommend The Onyx Cafe as being "similar" to our favorite coffee shop back home. Good job, algorithm - this place was great. Delicious coffee and muffins, excellent service (we had a nice chat with the baristas), great ambience both inside and out on the front patio. Highly recommended!
This place is honestly slept on, it's a great little cafe with some of the best drinks available in Toledo. Whenever I try new places I use Onyx Cafe as a scale on whether it compares or not. Truthfully i don't go here as often as I should. But in my pursuit to seek the best beverages in Toledo, I've yet to see a place whip up a dirty chai that compares to Onyx Cafe
Everyone enjoys a nice cup of coffee while in a pleasant atmosphere. What better place than this one. Beautiful view of the Maumee Bridge. Very classy feel. They have several table tops and a room with couches and a TV. The baristas are always so sweet and make amazing salted caramel lattes! Love this place. Our new date place for coffee.

Met with a new client today here for the first time and glad I did! It is a really cute and classy coffee shop. My lavender vanilla latte was super creamy and yummy and their muffins were delicious. Will definitely be using this as my go-to meeting spot from now on. Also, the barista was super helpful with helping me decide on what I wanted ❤️
