We were passing through town on a long trip. The parking lot was nearly empty and there were only a few customers inside. The original waiter was good, but he passed us off to a trainee and he wasn't training her. She was friendly and cleared our dirty dishes. However, our food took a very long time to come considering the lack of customers. My husband was not brought extra napkins or wipes along with his ribs or a plate for the bones. The chicken tenders were overcooked and my 2 yr old couldn't bite through them. After we left, there was a meltdown in the car as we realized that the child ice cream had never been served. It definitely was not our best experience.
Food was ok and the service was mediocre. However, my review is on the condition of the parking lot. There are horrid holes and ruts that have been there for year's and only gotten worse. Backing out of my parking spot, my tire was in one if the several holes and I needed to step.on the accelerator to get it out. Curb appeal has really gone down at Fridays!
My bf tried taking me out to eat for Mother's Day and we went to TGI Fridays. We were sat right away no problem. We waiting 15 minutes and were not greeted by a waitress but 2 walked by us disregarding each time that we were even there. About the 10th time of being past by them we got up and left. We made it to the car and saw that they cleaned our table of the menus and silverware as we were seated next to the window. How rude and disgusting to treat people this way.
My son was having an asthma attack which is normal.. I left his inhaler at home and the waiter gave him some lemon water. My son felt better and wanted to stay! Thank you so much ?
Fabulous experience today at TGIF Fridays restaurant on Bernath Street,Toledo, OH!!! (Airport Hwy close to Reynolds Ave) Food was cooked perfectly, server was highly attentive to our needs, & the manager is top-notch!!! You need to check it out for yourself.
Great place. The waiter got our food weong but was able to make up for it by letting us keep the order. Got at least 30 dollars worth of food free.
⁸⁸Ordered delivery. Paid extra to III ihave extra sauce even from them and they didn't even send the one that came with meal. Called manager was nice offered to send something by mail to make up for it. Appreciate the quality customer service.
Fish was as hard as the table the what they call tator sauce was nasty. French fries well change your freaking oil. Will never come back here.
we enjoy going to the bar here a lot. the bartenders are great and take good care of us. the only issue we have is that the bartender has to take care of tables on the floor and is extra busy at times. the margaritas are great. they are some of my favorite in town. this place needs a parking lot repaving and fixing and has needed that for a long time. it also needs a remodel or revitalization to bring it back to the life TGI Friday used to be. However, join the app and get free chips and salsa every single visit.
There was whole in my bun. Like a big giant hole! So big that I have to let someone know. I tried to let it go! But it's to big I have questions! Why??? I didn’t put it there … who put it there ..? it looks so good! I can’t eat it! Like .. why? So disappointed… bro
