The Kiosk should not be your only ordering option, but that was the case. I'm generally fine with the Kiosk, but when there are 2 Kiosks and 3 people over the age of 80 trying to operate them with no assistance, it tends to lose its convenience. I stepped to the counter where I was told Kiosk only. When I told the woman, who didn't even have the decency to step to the counter to address me, she offered no solution and scurried to the back. This location has declined terribly since Covid. If it's not urgent, drive 2 and a half miles west to a cleaner, better, more efficient location.
Most of the time this location is very quick. Unfortunately sometimes the food isn't always the most fresh. However, tonight it was fresh and hot. It was during the late night dinner runs. Very good food.
We came thru the drive thru late and we had 3 orders. The lady that took my order was very nice and polite. When we got our food everything was very hot and fresh. If we are ever back in town again we will definitely stop by here again.

Food is always on point as well as the smoothies. Look exactly like the photos. Taste great. Staff is friendly and efficient. Even when I go here mid week during rush hour lunch- they get me in and out fast and efficiently!
The employees at this store are BEYOND RUDE and inconsiderate. They find pleasure at screaming (literally screaming and swearing) at customers and making fun of someone's appearance. When I asked for a corporate number I was swore at and again ridiculed and made fun of for my appearance. The things said and shaming someone should NOT be tolerated by anyone. I do plan on contacting the corporate office and taking this as high up as I need to. But due to the two employees here that did that I will NEVER return to this location again.
Closed 5 hours early but were still accepting mobile orders.. I wouldn’t be mad if I didn’t have to wait for a refund now. Had I known they were going to close down at 11, I would’ve just ordered from a different location. App flaw I suppose.
Got food fast and I saw why. It literally was just thrown together. Almost needed a fork to eat my taco and chalupa they were so sloppy
Just arrived Detroit Airport 9pm from San Fransico, CA. Needed to eat. Taco Bell was open. Female Cashier was friendly and chipper.
