I’ve been going to this location for years, it’s always been my favorite; location, atmosphere, customer service, and the quality of their drinks have always kept me coming back for me. I’ve been going in to have my usual cup of coffee, sit down for a bit, and catch up on my emails in the sitting area before getting my day started, but as of late, there’s been this employee here making everyone (fellow customers and even other employees) very uncomfortable. I don’t know if this person (Maryalice) Is the manager here or not, but something needs to be done about her attitude. She’s constantly barking orders and berating other employees and just very rude and loud and unpleasant. She makes the entire atmosphere uncomfortable to the point where I felt the need to leave because of how disgustingly she treats her co-workers.
i’m a barista at starbucks (not this location but another store) and i’ve never been more disappointed in other baristas. if you’re given a tea or refresher it NEEDS to be shaken. especially if someone is ordering it was stevia or splenda, those drinks need to be shaken. i watched a shift supervisor not shake my black tea lemonade with stevia and it’s not good.
Always delicious; and the people and the service are always excellent.
The drive thru experience was fast and friendly but my beverage did not meet expectations. Strawberry’s and cream frap had little to no flavor whatsoever. Like a bland liquid..McDonald’s milshakes have more flavor than this. Not sure if it was made wrong but brand name like Starbucks should be better quality. Disappointed.
Always good strong coffee flavored drinks are very good not to sweet ?
Very Busy and they had alot of mobile orders they did before all the people walking in so you were there for awhile. Disappointed in that.
The only issue I have had is one time, I ordered ahead but when I got there, about 7 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, my order wasn't ready, or even started. They were really busy that day. The other three or four times I have been there, have been perfect. Even when the lines are long they move quickly.
Great made to my order correctly. Some days it seems like the order is do with piazza, other just normal. I like the piazza days.
Very helpful customer service. Had 2 old gift cards that I used to help pay for a new gift card for an Xmas gift and they handled it with no problem and very efficiently
My girlfriend ordered a coffee to be ready at 12:30, after waiting in line at the drive through for nearly 20 minutes and only moving ahead two car lengths, I pulled around and went inside to wait for the coffee instead, it's 1:10 as I'm writing this still without her coffee, people are lined up inside also waiting. Keep the $5, never going to this place again.
