I literally stop here 4/5 mornings a week and have never had a bad experience. I order ahead and usually never have to wait, even if I'm early. Also someone called me by my name the other day when I was leaving and it was really nice and made my day

Tristan was preparing drinks when I went to get my coffee and he had zero urgency in his movement. The pick up line was insane! Starbucks needs to get it together! What’s the point of mobile ordering if it’s not ready when I get there? I ordered at 1021 and it still wasn’t ready at 1040!
Busy location. Friendly staff who asked clarifying questions as needed. Overall good experience.
Depending on which location you go to is how I would rate it. Some make the drinks so much better than the others. I don't understand it, but it's true.
Great customer service! I didn’t make it there until the day after my birthday so my free coffee coupon was gone! I didn’t know it only lasted that day. Elijah (spell check lol) took my order as we has a great conversation at the same time. After that she said my order will be up in a moment and HAPPY BIRTHDAY you’re all set!! It’s my 50th birthday and I was bummed I missed it but they took care of me! All of the employees were so nice and we have a great pic that I posted! Thanks so much!? They made my day more than they know!???
Today my car was stuck in the Starbucks drive threw, and a few different employees came out to help me. They pushed my car, placed cardboard boxes under my tires and finally after about 5-10 minutes we got it moving. They also gave me my drink for free because of my hassle. I appreciate you ladies so much!!! Not only that, but I come here often and the workers are always very polite. I wish I got the names of the ladies who helped.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICEMy experiences here and the drinks used to be absolutely amazing. HOWEVER, I drove through to get my drink today, and they got it wrong. I told them after 35 minutes of waiting that my drink is not what I ordered, and they somehow got offended!There was this guy (tall with curly hair) who got defensive and his language was aggressive. He got mad just because I remember he done this order for me before, he claimed that he didn’t see me or done anything for me before!I wasn’t trying to fight at all, I just wanted my right drink!
