This is the SLOWEST and WORST starbucks. I go all the time and they never are open on the inside, the hours vary because they can’t keep staff, they’re always out of product, and then today I go and they’re only accepting doordash orders…. it’s pathetic. There is always an excuse at this location and I refuse to go here again. I’d rather drive out of my way to another location.
It was fast and good service! But I'm not into the prices for things It was my 1st time going to a Starbucks and probably my last.
I'm more irritated that customers overflow the drive thru line onto Secor, rather than anything else. This presents a danger to people driving.
Good Starbucks location. They are always friendly and the drinks are always great. The only downside is when they see busy, it's hard to get into the drive thru.
This location is one of the busiest & THE MOST DISAPPOINTING! Long drive thru wait times, always out of supplies, (no oatmilk, no vanilla bean, out of mocha) they close the business on a whim.When you go inside it's filthy. Garbage bags are stacked& waiting to be taken out. It seems that they need some new management and hopefully they are able to hire more staff soon. I will say that the staff that are there are very nice &working hard. But I don't want to wait in line 20 minutes to tell me you're out of flavoring & pay Starbucks prices for a subpar cup of coffee. Just close until you can get it together.
Not only did I sit in the drive thru for a half hour here but when I got my grande latte the cup wasn't even full and was barely warm. This location seems to be going downhill
This location is a class act. Always great service, friendly conversation, and perfect orders.Sometimes they may be out of an item however the batista always offers up a suggestion.
Stores closing early due to a shortage of employees. I happened to sit in line for 20 minutes and pull up at 6:16, only 1 minute after this so called "early close" to be turned away. This location needs to get it together before it becomes a Five Guys drive threw. Which in all honest opinion would be a better fit since they can at least keep a staffed store open during business hours. This is another reason I take the extra drive to the McCord and central location, amazing staff
Waited a half hour in the store to get a grande cold brew that I placed on the app 10 minutes prior. I wish there was a way on the app to tell you before hand how long it’s gonna take it always takes forever
Absolutely horrible service. I waiting over 45 mins for two drinks then was told they lost one of mine then they found it and it was then cold and refused to remake it definitely making a callTo corporate on this
