They are very rude they pricey but don’t do your order right your better off going to McDonald’s honestly I asked for lemon pepper chicken she said “give me 2 dollars for the seasoning “ just like that as if The wings didn’t come with it then had the nerve to come at me an say it rude then they fry everything in the same grease HEALTH HAZARD ?

I started ordering chicken gizzards in January of this year and they were cooked just right. So I ordered gizzards last wk, and got fries that I didn't ask for, the gizzards were on top of fries that made the fries no good. The gizzards were cooked too hard. So I ordered gizzards again on 3/14/22 again. gizzards were cooked too hard. New cook or what I won't be going back any time soon. Igienenew

Tonight I went to snappers to get fish. It was way more expensive than I thought it should have been But it is what it is. I drove all the way home by the way I live 2 miles away. And there was a red piece of synthetic hair In my mouth because I didn't see it. I call them and and he said he will do whatever I want him to do, replace it replace it give me my money back. All I wanted was a piece of fish with no red hair in my mouth. And if I can be honest, as fish goes it's OK.Don't eat there!!
This is the first time I wasn't happy with my order the food seem like it was sitting for a while I may try one more time but with the price of everything going up service and products needs to be excellent
Solid food, great prices. Always decent service. Drive through only right now. Seafood, chicken, and deep fried sides! Not five star dining--- but considering cost to quality?! five stars. Lemonade is a gotta-get.

Disgusted! I went through drive thru last night and several things came to mind. When did restaurants stop using gloves when handling food? When did they stop using hair nets especially when wearing long extensions? I don't know hair coverings, texting on cell phones and handling food, something feels wrong. Beware! What I thought was tarter sauce. A small 2 ounce (maybe) container turned out to be my $2.90 Cole slaw side. Seems like someone should teach the employees when the food in the fryer is done. My perch, shrimp, and hush puppies and okra was all cooked well done ,very well done. cooked until there was no flavor what so ever. Unless you count the burnt taste as flavor. I gave two stars because the catfish was not burned, but had no flavor. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I can't say that I will be referring Snappers Seafood to anyone that I like.
My name is Meg from Egypt I would like to talk to everyone about this place I was working there for almost 3 months I was work second shift from five to midnight after that the owner change my schedule and I start work from 11 to 5 o’clock before I start my job I have to fight with the mouse in the kitchen is very dirty and very nasty place I wish everybody enjoyed the new year I love all my friends and I like everybody to share that thank you so much !!!
