Why wait for more expensive Starbucks when you can get the same quality (or better) for less and it's right across the street?Get a mini-pie for dessert later. That thing was awesome.
I use to go to Sip several times a week. I’d get a dessert with my drink order and 90% of the time they would forget to give me my dessert. Pretty expensive mistake but usually no issue in correcting it. My wife bought my normal order and again they forgot to give the dessert too, she asked for it and they then asked her for the receipt. First time it had ever been asked, and I’ve been going here for years. My wife showed them the recipe. Staff then told her to “not make a habit of this” as my wife said they could have better customer service as they always forget the dessert. It seems to be an issue that isn’t addressed. To me, it seems to be a race issue because my wife isn’t white and they only seem to give her attitude every time she’s there and they mess up in giving us our paid items. I stopped going after they disrespected her so much to the point of making her cry. After reading other reviews. It seems to be a reoccurring issue of race and being allowed to be disrespectful to anyone who isn’t white.
Coffee was amazing and the customer service matched the coffee. The inside is a very cozy place to enjoy a cup of coffee.
Always consistently great service. And the drinks are decent too. And, the owner, Courtney, has the absolute best most friendliest smile ever! ?
The coffee is good, however it’s not a great environment to study. There have been musicians playing the last couple times I’ve gone, along with it being busy usually.
Great atmosphere, great latte, great cinnamon twist bun. Bad scone.....like a chunk of concrete. I should have returned it. Ugh on the scones.
Went here for the first time since they opened and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a cappuccino with flavors in it and I could t even taste the flavor around the taste of burnt espresso. I was very hopeful with the reviews but was super disappointed instead. Won't be returning, I reccomend Brew down the road by UT if you like good tasting, fresh espresso.

The coffee is fantastic, the employees are wonderfully nice, and quick as well, and they have a terrific selection of vegan sweets, including gluten free.I always look forward to a trip to Sip!
Always, and I mean always amazing customer service!! Drinks made correct, and they also offer good recommendations. Great atmosphere here, and plenty of areas to enjoy your purchase, as well as study areas, and even a meeting room.
