Food was good, we enjoyed it. The pick up was late and had to wait for a server to check us out for 5-6 minutes. Asked for extra hot sauce, she denied us (the ones we had were half full). Got the pineapple fajitas and they forgot the corn tortillas, kinda stumped us on enjoying it.Make sure to double check your entire order, the staff is not all the way competent.
Great food....even though 3 out of 5 of our orders were wrongFast forward to 6/27/22 I just spent $45 for 15 steak tacos. The first batch I ordered was initially requested to be made fresh. The steak tacos were cold and as if they been sitting for a few hours. We took them back and requested that they be remade fresh. We waited outside for about 15min and returned to get the new batch. Once we got home we made a plate for my youngest son who is also Awesomely Autistic. After immediately taking a bite of his taco he asked were they bacon ? tacos so I instantly checked the tacos and found they were cooked to a burnt crisp!!!! We then took the remaining tacos back and request to make them fresh or refund the $45 ....of course we were told NO and in a very disrespectful way. The tacos were left and no money was refunded not even an apology. Do not eat the bottom of the barrel "steak meat" from San Marcos because it will either be fatty, left sitting out or burnt to a crisp. At least that has been our last 4 experiences there. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Fabulous food and great service. This was the best Mexican we have ever had and the portions are very generous - come hungry or plan to take home a good portion!The decor is done by local community artists and its very good setting the atmosphere for a great meal.
The location on Broadway is always staffed well and is my preferred choice. Here’s how to navigate the Reynolds RD location which is always understaffed : when you come in, get your drink at the bar first, then ask to be seated. Come with a lot of patience, plan to enjoy all of the chips and excellent salsa before you get to order. Trust me, it is always worth the wait and patience, the food is always very good!
Good prices for the size of plates alot of food
Anytime I come home to Toledo, gotta get me some San Marcos Street tacos. Only place in town for good ol traditional Mexican food. Broadway location is the best by far.
This place is amazing. I highly recommend coming here. The wall art is amazing and the food is more then amazing. I come for lunch and the margaritas bare super good. The guacamole is super fresh. The service is super. I can't wait to come in the summer to sit outside on the patio. I like that they have a Latino grocery store attached to it it had alot to choose from with a meat deli in the back and it has great prices.
Probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in Toledo and surrounding areas. Food is always consistent, servers are always on point, and prices are very reasonable.

I usually LOVE San Marcos, but I was literally physically ill after my last visit. The food is usually great, but this time I was actually sick the next day and it is challenging getting my pretty specific order correct because many of the workers don't speak fluent English.
