Visited Toledo on a whim from Michigan. We frequent Real Seafood Co. in Ann Arbor, Michigan; especially during Michigan games. From beginning to end; a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. Starting with Brad and Virginia (who was not our server). Both exemplified professionalism and personification which made our visit beautiful. The manager, Kyle, talked to my husband and I (not just about our visit) but about life experiences in general. It was pleasant and made our visit memorable. I am a snob when it comes to service and food. Excellent on both fronts. We enjoyed the Whitefish and Swordfish (perfectly cooked). Can not complain about "Nothing" !!!!

Walked in the door and was heated by Maria. She was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Then we had the pleasure of being served by Tamara. The food was really good but she was truly the highlight of our dining experience. Not only very attentive but extremely helpful with us first time diners. I highly recommend this restaurant and more so the Tamara experience. We have already planned a trip back with friends.

Great seafood in Ohio? Has Lake Erie been renamed Erie Ocean? Yes to the first question and no to the second. Word is that the seafood is flown in daily from Boston which would partly answer the first question. Knowing what to do with that seafood, as they do at this restaurant, is the key though to making that seafood great. It’s a nice interestingly designed restaurant alongside the Maumee River. Our waiter, who was excellent, recommended we each get a bowl of their vinegar cole slaw while we wait for our meals. Never had it before which is our misfortune because it was cole slaw kicked up big time. She had the shrimp and scallop risotto and I had the parmesan crusted North Atlantic flounder. Both were somewhat out of the ordinary but so very good. If you like seafood and don’t mind spending a few dollars more for it give Real Seafood a shot

This place is on point every single time. My husband and I drive down from Detroit to celebrate our birthdays. We always get the pan seared Chilean Sea Bass and mier point oysters. Both are superb! We can't get enough! Yesterday, we had the pleasure of being waited on by Tiffany. She's extremely polite, funny and exudes amazing customer service. We hope to have her again on our next visit!

YUM ?We had such a hard time deciding WHAT to order, that we ended up splitting three entrees AND oysters! The food was so delicious, and the restaurant itself was very festive on the inside.Such a great location where you can walk along the water after dinner, or even rent bikes! The staff was super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were especially conscientious of my gluten free pasta. Lots of options for those that eat gluten free, and super tasty! We will definitely be back... and yes, we did finish everything we ordered ?

Neat place with plenty of seafood themed items decorating the restaurant. I especially liked the giant lobster on the ceiling. They use an app on tablets for their menu. At first I thought kinda silly, but once you got used to it I liked it Ok, now on to the food. Dinner portions are large, so keep that in mind. Entree's were all prepared well, my shrimp fettuccine was excellent with plenty of shrimp. The wait staff was attentive and good at their jobs.

My Fiance and I went to Real Seafood Co last night, for my birthday dinner together. The staff as always was incredible, we love their decor of the building, and the food does not ever disappoint. We started off with some appetizers, she had some fresh oysters and I had the Dynamite Shrimp, both were delicious. Then for our mains my girl had the Blackened Mahi Mahi w/baked potato, and I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Risotto (pictured) w/ wilted greens over the top with a Caesar salad..... All I can say is OH MY GOODNESS!! It was absolutely amazing. Our server was Miranda, she did a fantastic job of helping to make it a great evening. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. If you are ever in the area or just want an amazing meal and evening, go down the docks and go to Real Seafood Co.

Our server, Andrew, was excellent. Attentive, timely, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Great food, too. Get the blackened swordfish and cheddar hash browns. You won’t regret it.

My birthday. Ordered basically fish and chips. Perch. Expensive. The chocolate cake ( my term) was terrible. Medicine taste. Nobody was impressed at out table. Best part of meal was the bread. We were seated in back near door to river. Cold outside… they were allowing people in and out. Very cold. Unimpressed and disappointing….

We went there for my husband's birthday. It was our first time to the Toledo location. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The service, the ambiance (seated by the fireplace), and the food! I highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass. It's "melt in your mouth" good. We will definitely make this our "go to" place for that special night out.
