Going to have to call corporate on this location. I waited in line for 20 minutes with no cars in front of me at 3PM and the drive thru person made me wait to take my order. Obviously, I pulled through and finally just left. Does anyone work here? Why is it even open if the people inside aren't willing to do their job?
You can tell that the employees do not care about their jobs. They move extremely slow. I had to cancel my door dash pick up order. I wasn’t helped at all. Future reference, if you have door dash pick up skip that one because it will take up a lot of your dashing time. Also if your on lunch break, the whole entire break will be at Popeyes waiting on food. I HATE THIS LOCATION!
I ordered the 10 piece mixed box but when I got home there was only 8 pieces. I tried calling the store but there is never any answers. The receipt says 10, I was rung out for 10, but they gave me 8.Edit, they have replaced the missing peices which is nice.
I had to wait over an hour for cold food, no food was ready at all. I spent $80 and They could only give me fries as a side because there was no other sides. Everyone working were all in a daze like everyone just came back from the methodone clinic. The drive thru was wrapped around the building it was complete chaos. If I was the owner someone would have lost their job today. It was literally embarrassing, last time I went here it was the exact same experience. Everyone was scrambling like no one knew what to do, no clear leadership or direction. On top of all the waiting and frustration the food was terrible. Cold old fries, chicken was overcooked and dry. Worst experience Ive ever had. I promise I will never come back again. 0/10 would not recommend.
Super snail service Sunlamp to it death chicken and all 8fries. For $20 no honey on request. No spoon to eat with. Went inside for those items after sitting in drive thru for over 40 minutes being car #4 is a little much. You'd think chicken would be fresh but no it was inedible. Management needs more help on training. After so long dried out food should not be served
Waited in the drive through 20 mins I can understand places may be under staffed but if I order mild at the speaker only to be told 10 mins later after waiting to get to the window they only have spicy or it's going to be another 20 minutes. I pulled off would rather go to somewhere else. Utter disappointment!!!
Went in while my wife gave birth at Toledo Hospital. Went in with a simple order:(2) 2 piece combos one spicy on mild.Mild combo with fries, spicy with Red beans and rice.I told the cashier I wanted breasts in both combos and would pay extra. I was give thighs and wings in both orders. This is after I made my order, four people ordered after me, then I was told that they needed to drop fries. I said I'd wait. I left with cold chicken and no breasts...If I could put negative stars I would.I was an assistant manager in San Antonio, in highschool at a Popeye's. Work ethic is terrible. Everyone moves around like they're in molasses***Chicken was way overcooked***
They are always out of major items. Super slow service (drive thru & inside).Chicken excellent. Makes you wonder how much more money they would make with better management?
Waited forever. Staff was rude and the food was cold.The marquee said that the dining room was open and it was not. Many items were not available. Outside of the buildingwas in disarray, signs falling down, the trash door was bainging against the building, trash around the building. I enjoy Popeyes and I drive far to get it, and it seems like this is the same at all locations.
Ordered in drive thru, tolded to pull around, they would bring it out. Waited 57 minutes. Went in Grubhub drivers were complaining. Asked for my order, after a few minutes was told they could not fill, only had spicy chicken. Then after waiting more was refunded my money. Corporate people should look into this operation. Kitchen looked very messy.
