Ordering was easy. Upon delivery; 30ish minutes after the promised time; we were missing items. I have called this location 5 times in hopes of dealing with missing items- I’ve been hung up on all 5 times. It’s been over a year since I’ve ordered given previous issues. Clearly they aren’t resolved. Please beware
I placed an order at 5:56pm and didnt receive the order until 7:28, i received a text at 6:27 that the order was out for delivery. When i got the order the delivery person said that they had made my pzone but not my pizza, thats why it took so long. The pizza and pzone was cold.
Absolutely the worst pizza hut in toledo ohio. The last two times I ordered they brung me something I didn't order. They charged me twice for a order they messed up on. The manager Stacy that works there stole my credit card info and tried buying things off Amazon. Big heads up they will steal your credit information and use it elsewhere. I'm waiting back from corporate office now. This happened February of 2022. Rude and disrespectful manager's and employees. DON'T EVER PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THIS PIZZA HUT NEEDS SHUT DOWN.
There was very little sauce on the pizzas so with the thin crust pizza it tasted rather dry and a bit unpleasant at times. Also, I set my pizza order for 7:15 and it showed up at 6:45. Had I not got off work early, I would have missed my order
better staff. the guy in the back was worried about feeding himself and not making my order. my bread sticks were half done and so was the pizza.
I preordered my pizza at 11:23 am online. I asked that it be delivered at 1:45 pm. I tried calling the store multiple times when it was over 30 minutes late. I could not reach anyone. So I called the corporate customer service # and told them I wanted a refund. I then ordered pizza from somewhere else. An hour after it should have arrived it showed up at my door. I already ordered and received pizza from another pizza place. I want a refund.
Ordered half cheese, half Supreme and there is no meat save for a whopping grand total of 8 slices of pepperoni.
Toppings were burnt and the pizza was dry. It tasted old. We threw it away! I will not waste money on pizza hut ever again!
The pizza was not prepared as well as has been in the past. We have always gotten very good pizza there before, but we will try again
Pizza was barely warm most were room temperature. We did not receive our order til an hour after order was placed and 20 minutes after time given. Very disappointing
