My food was great! I love the calamari. Drove from Perrysburg to take the wife. Will be my last time. Piss poor service with an attitude from the child that works the register. I was patiently waiting for my food, already 15 minutes past when my food was expected to be ready (online order), when she looks at me and says "it will be another 10 to 15 minutes on your food". When I asked why, she replied "it needs to cook". I ordered bread, calamari and meatballs. Shouldn't take 45 minutes. Asked for it off my bill and was handed my bag in silence.
Explain to me how the large serving received the same amount of toppings as the small serving and if you ask for extra they look at you strange... I visit 3 times a week. . this photo is with extra toppings
I ordered a wrap. It came with bacon on it. They literally gave me a tablespoon of bacon on this huge wrap. You can order extra "protein" for an upcharge. But what a rip off. When it came time to eat it, about 3 bits actually had bacon. Not friendly staff either. Not returning. Ever.
Food was AMAZING...you guys would've received 5 stars had it not been for the lack of decent customer service... considering it was my 1st time- didn't really know the routine... no one explained anything to me nor did they acknowledge me when I said I had an online order ready for pick up. They made me wait in the line while they cooked the appetizer piadas for the woman in front of me... so I was 3rd in line upon walking in and waited over 20min in said line for an order that was sitting on the counter PAID FOR the entire time. Not sure why they couldn't just have handed it to me. Especially after 2 different workers heard me say that I had an online order.... I would really love to give it another go; like I said- food was great- hopefully with a different set of employees though!
This experience was better than my first. I had a Piada Bowl with chicken. It was decent, I will try it again. I feel I just have to find the right combination for me.I got my daughter a hand wrapped Piada with the "Hot Fried Chicken " Whoa too hot for me, but my daughter enjoyed it. Her quote. "It was Good, tasted as it should "

Typically I am always happy with the food here. Today I got the protein bowl, and…. It wasn’t good. Looked nothing like the picture. Too much steak, soaked in fluids. The tomatoes had no flavor (says it’s supposed to be like bruschetta) there’s hardly any zucchini (the few in here are over steamed and soggy) and the sauce it not great, there’s little on it. Bummer, this was my dinner. I’ll pick at it but this was not what I was expecting and not worth it. I do not recommend the portion bowls unless you like very soggy food. I’ve had a few of their other meals and those have been decently good. I wish I could rate with stars on here instead. 2 stars tonight
They made the error and didn't put one of my meals in the delivery bag. Called the restaurant and the manager said there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact door dash. Horrible attitude from the manager. I asked him to arrange a delivery for the food that THEY didn't put in the bag and he said no. I've not encountered a place that made a mistake and didn't try to fix their error.
I LOVE Piada in Columbus. I went there at least once a week for the five years I lived there! Now I work close to the one in Toledo and go maybe once every six months, and unfortunately it’s never the wonderful experience it is elsewhere. The menu is great, but it seems at this location the food isn’t ever all fresh at the same time (at least one veggie is always going bad). Last night the girl who greeted me and took my order was SO nice and helpful (I would give her 5+ stars)! But the guy who put together my food unfortunately I’d give 1! He seemed to want to make it intentional his mask was hardly covering his mouth and nose because in the 5 minutes I was there, he touched his face or mask at least 10 times. And with the same gloves that touched his snotty face grabbed my lettuce and scooped out my avocado. And of course he included an obviously brown and rotten part of the avocado in my salad ??♀️. This place definitely has potential, and some of the staff is so great, but others definitely bring it down.
Burnt and hard. Had to throw away.
