I stopped in to pickup an order. They were very busy. But they were great and communicated with everyone on their order. Excellent service and the food was amazing as always!

I tried calling an hour before closing multiple times and they hung up every time. Terrible service.
Tonight I went to Penn station on Monroe and harvest at 843 pm. I walked in and was immediately told they were closed even though the store hours are listed till 9. Essentially the staff wanted to be lazy and walk out the door at 9pm so they closed down the grill early. I’m terribly disappointed in the 3 staff members working at this time. I will be reaching out to management if no one bothers to contact me in reference to this review. Quality customer service is becoming a thing of the past very quickly and it sad
They have good food,,great handcut fries, people are very nice,have subs, wraps,salads, etc. Nice take out place

The Lemonade and fries with malt vinegar are the main reasons I go to Penn Station! The subs are always delicious also.. and the cheese bread is a great addition!
