The manager is funny. I understand you are low staffed; and so is 99% of every business at the moment including my job but not everyone wants to order on the kiosk. People have cash. If he would stop hiding in the back, he could probably be a better help and take orders with no issue. I’m tired of the excuses and the laziness honestly.
I LOVE Panera. I do. But they have no order accuracy lately. I ordered the Flatbread Margherita pizza, which just has cheese, tomatoes, and basil. I got the tomatoes, no basil, and bacon. Every single time I order there lately, unless it is something basic like a bagel, it is messed up. I understand, you have new staff. But everyone has new staff.
I always go to the Panera in Maumee, because of that Panera I got a coffee membership and go nearly everyday. Always quick and prompt! THIS ONE where do I start? Why keep food behind the counter and not the to go area? Why is the fridge never filled? Why do you not have parfaits prepared in the morning? Dust your light fixtures and SMILE
RUDEST EMPLOYEES I asked for bagels to be sliced at the window of drive through I was told they were already put in the box and they refused! So rude! Different visit March 14, 22 10am drive through I asked for a minute to look over the menu and was given a very condescending response of “I i need a minute too” Waiting for a customer just pissed him off !! at that point I ordered nothing and drove away. Panera on Talmadge rd your staff needs serious customer service BOOT CAMP you have lost me as a customer! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere
It took 35 minutes to get an order for two. The kiosk for ordering is a mistake. At least 25 people waiting for food. They are taking too many orders for the staff they have. Avoid at all costs.
Do you guys need a new blender or new workers? Years ago I loved the green passion smoothie, now I have to specifically ask to get it blended well because there’s always HUGE ice cubes in it. Something has to change this is absurd.
Overall service was good. Despite a delay in a simple and basic order. The low star rating, is quality of food has gone totally down hill. I keep giving another try. Just to be disappointed in quality and taste. Various products tried. In particular disappointment Chicken Frontega, Mac and Cheese. Both staple products. And was not impressed with the broccoli cheese soup.
Ordered through door dash. Flatbread pizza, soup sandwich combo and 2 cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. Order arrived with no pizza and 3 cinnamon raisin bagels. Door dash refunded my money, but when I tried to call the store before I reordered- even though I have now waited 45 minutes for this one- they never answered and actually disconnected me twice. Terrible customer service. Beware of deliver Orders with them - you will never be able to contact them to correct it.
Not even remotely interested in trying the food myself. Was waiting with my friend on her lunch break. She waited a total of 25 minutes. Nearly half of her break for a simple BLT and a drink with it. We ask about the wait and they had our order ready but set it down and forgot to present it for more than 10 minutes. That's pretty bad. The staff seem young and unmotivated. Still have no desire to try it.
the chili tasted like it was fresh out of the can, the vegtables wherent even cooked all the way. what did you guys do poured a can of chili in a container and microwave it. its not saying much but i have had better chili at wendys than here.
