Hot dog is on point - though, I prefer the coney dog sauce from Lafayette (I guess I’m a Detroiter… Sorry Corporal Klinger.). Pickles have a sneaky spice to them. The chili fries we had as a side were just good; nothing spectacular. The Tony Packo’s IPA, brewed by earnest brew works, was REALLY nice!Be prepared to feed a parking meter, though: 15 minutes per quarter.Otherwise: friendly staff, clean restaurant. I’m glad I stopped!
First timer, went for lunch to the downtown location and was pleasantly surprised. Didn't really know what to expect. I had chicken paprikash with halushka (spaetzle)spacetime, and my cohort had stuffed cabbage. Both were great. We both had strudel for dessert. If I am in the area, I would return to try other items on the menu, the loaded hot dogs looked great.
Don't know what happened but we ate lunch there and have always enjoyed it. Food seemed off today and our stomachs have been gurgling since we ate at this location today, very disappointed. Oh and salt your sidewalks all the way, my husband fell on the ice out front
Absolutely love this place!!! It is a must every time I’m in town. The staff was super friendly even when we stopped in right before closing time.
Went on a Friday night with my wife. The bar area was fairly busy but the service was incredibly slow. Took 20 min to get a drink once seated. The menu only has about 10 things on it so I ordered the cabbage roll and mashed potatoes while my wife had a hot dog and fries. The food took forever and arrived lukewarm and soggy. The potatoes were awful instant ones. On the plus side the waiter was nice and the stuff on the walls was cool. Might go back for a beer but would never eat there again. Definitely the worst pub food we have ever had
First of all, I love Tony Packos. They had a cafe style ordering. No servers. I know it's like that in the smaller places but since the world is short staffed, they accommodated very well. The food never lost a step. Plate to table time was super fast. No complaints from me. Nice job Tony Packos staff!

I just love this place! Great time looking at the signature buns on the walls and the home town feel. Its a great chilli dog, that is different from our chilli in Cincinnati. If you LOVE fried pickles? This is your place, grab a serving your nicest time by this place.

Mostly went there because we were in Toledo for a wedding, needed a place to eat for the evening, and our family are fans of MASH. The dogs were alright, but I will say the fried pickles with the sauce was excellent (it'd be the only reason ever to go back for me). Also liked all the memorabilia and history on the walls.
