Great service, delicious food and nice atmosphere.
Mother's Day! What an absolute disaster. Arrived at 6.15pm. We sat at he bar. Dirty dishes etc finally got cleared after about 15 mins. Placed food order. No ribs. Sorry.....not happening. It's Mother's Day. probably your biggest Sunday of the year and you cant order inventory correctly? But hey, thats ok, I'll just have the BBQ chicken. My GF ordered the steak and chicken linguine. She cant eat shrimp, she is allergic. Twenty mins later the salad shows up Then nothing. For an hour and a half. No update from the Bartender, no aasking if we wanted another drink. Nothing. People across the bar get their food. They have been waiting an hour and a half also. Food is stone cold. Our food shows up. My chicken might have well had icicles on it, it was so cold. My GF's linguine? Its has steak and shrimp!! Nope change that, and do not just exchange the food on the plate...she is allergic. Meanwhile, numerous people around us are complaining of the charred steaks, wrong orders and cold food. We paid for our drinks and left. No Manager came over to explaing. No one apologised. But the bartender acted like she had done us a huge favor and removed the food from my bill. BTW, I had already told her I wasnt payng for anything but the drinks. This visit was a complete s**tshow. I doubt I wll ever return to this location, and I doubt I am the only one complaining. All Management had to do was explain the situation before we sat down and orderd and we could have made the decision to stay or leave. But no. Nothing. Two hours wasted. Absolute disgrace. I have waited for two days to post this. Be grateful I didn't post when I got home on Sunday night.
We were celebrating a family birthday and reserved a "call ahead" reservation for 6:30, which meant that if it was busy at our time of arrival, we would get priority seating, shortening our wait time. When we arrived !/ 6:28 we checked in with the host who said it would be 10-15 minutes. Other groups came in after us; those that didn't "call ahead" were told 45 minutes-hour, those that did were told the same 10-15 minutes. Three groups the came in *after* our group, and checked in with the call ahead as well, were seated ahead of us. We ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally being called to be seated at 7:13. The host staff said they were unsure how this continued to happen as we continued to complain, eventually blaming it on the "kitchen". The manager was eventually called and he offered concessions to pay for our appetizers and a free birthday dessert, which we were pleased with. Once seated, our waiter did an excellent job. She was very courteous and attentive, and very friendly. The food was good. Unfortunately, the unfortunate night became more unfortunate as one of our group members got food poisoning from the night and was sick for several days. That group member will definitely not celebrate their birthday there again.
We live closer to the Maumee Outback but had stopped at the Toledo location. So happy we did. Our food was amazing and perfect, but the highlight of our night was our server, Regan. Regan was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly, cheery, checked on us frequently, we never ran low on our beverages.. We chatted with her for a few minutes after we had finished eating and found her an absolutely delightful young lady. From now on we will drive a bit out of our way to the Toledo location just so we can be in her section again. We eat out atleast twice a week and Regan is easily on of the best servers we have ever had! I hope Outback appreciates such a wonderful employee
Great food, nice atmosphere, call ahead is wonderful
Absolutely wonderful!! Samantha G. made us feel comfortable and so well taken care of. I wasn’t sure I wanted to eat here but my children and I were thoroughly pleased with the customer service and food. They went out of their way to serve us well, giving me a whole other meal when my steak had to be redone a bit. I deeply appreciate you guys!?
Shante L. was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She knew all the ins and outs of the menu and definitely made our experience here great. On top of the amazing service, our food was out of this world. My fiance and I both ordered the filet medium rare and I got the grilled shrimp and he got the lobster tail and the food practically melted in our mouths. It was so amazing. We haven't been to an outback in years and we're definitely going to come back to this one!
Our waitress Selfie was phenomenal! She was happy, friendly, and kept checking back with us to see if we needed anything. Food was delicious! When I go back I will definitely ask to be seated on her her side.
Love this location and all of the staff! It’s nice to come to a place where you’re actually remembered and treated with kindness and professionalism each and every visit! James, Samantha and Mel are our favorites. We try to make it a regular stop at least a couple times a week. Only thing we miss is the old chicken tenders ?? but the filet is always great!!
I ordered the 11oz sirloin cooked medium well with fries. Later in the evening I became violently ill with food poisoning. I thought I was going to die. The food looked good and tasted okay.but I was deathly ill. I will never go back to Outback on Monroe Street. I may not eat out for quite awhile after this experience. I never want to go through that again. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
