Gino's pizza has always been my fav. I've spent a lot of time in the original Monroe street location. Put my order in today & picked it up. 2 things that ticked me off, one way more than the other. The girl & I wanna call her something else but I'm being nice, rang up my order. She was too busy telling me what she was cooking for dinner, amongst other things. She was ghetto, dropped F bombs, & downright incapable of being professional. She gave me naked wings instead of garlic parmesan that I really wanted. The pizza was perfect as usual. So disappointed in who Gino's has representing them right up front. Please do better so I'm not embarrassed when out of towners come in and deal with her. Oh BTW, I'm black & she is white just so the haters don't hate for the wrong reason. ?

I used to order Gino’s pizza back in my college days in the 80’s (showing my age ?). I’ve moved away but had to have it last night and it did not disappoint. The regular crust was crunchy, the sauce a still a bit on the sweeter side and the toppings were generous. There was a long line inside the shop, I feel like the lady working the front would probably be better suited for a different job but my pizza was hot and ready once I got to her.I’ve read quite a few negative reviews about Gino’s. Look past those reviews!

We’re not from the Toledo area. We’re usually here for a gymnastics meet. The Original Gino’s is our go to spot. They’re friendly and the food is amazing!! Give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

What can you say..a Toledo tradition. Very good pizza, but service was just a bit slow. It could be my imagination, but I think the pizza size shrunk since a couple of years ago. Please keep the sizes and raise the prices.

Ginos has somewhat unique and very good flavor pizza. I normally recommend it to any friend, family, or coworkers who are in the area for a visit .. however lately I have had some issues with orders and would only recommend it if they have plenty of extra time to waist.. I have tried to call place a pickup order at not one but two of their locations multiple times lately and they very rarely answer the phones anymore.. if you have the time to go there and place an order and then wait the 30-45 minutes for them to prepare the food it may be worth it to try something new. Otherwise if you don’t have the time and want very similar flavor, with some research there is another very similar pizza place also in the area. And they regularly answer the phone for pick up orders .. both places have great flavor I think all people should experience:.. and any visitors of mine to the area, that want to try local pizza I always explain/suggest one of these places , I have attached the photo showing my calls to Ginos only

Gino’s used to be my favorite pizza place. The service used to be great, key word USED to be. I called my order into Remy. I ordered a large garden salad, and a small cheese stick. I arrived at the restaurant, they hadn’t even started my order. The cook in the back said “I thought that bread was canceled “ by whom is still a mystery! Okay, scratch the cheese sticks, I’ll just take my salad. Remy gives me ONE FRENCH DRESSING FOR A LARGE SALAD. REMY CAN I GET ANOTHER DRESSING PLEASE? Ma’am, that’s going to be .69 cents. Are you kidding me? You messed up my order, and now I gotta pay more money for what should be free? I swipe my card for 69 more cents. I ended up having to get a “hot and ready” that was 11 bucks. It was not hot however, it was ready alright. What happened to this place? Bring the old Gino’s back where the lines were out the door and the pizza was good, and service was excellent. Honestly, the work crew was poorly groomed and looked unkept. Please get it together! Correction, the workers name was RAINY ?

Awesome pizza! A little bit of a wait but we'll worth it. Your team was hustling out the pies! We live in Huntsville, Alabama and there isn't a pizza down there that compares! It would be a great franchise location for you. We enjoyed the taste of home!

Still the best pizza in Toledo. Due to staffing shortages, please be patient & polite. They deserve nothing less! It's worth the wait!

Placed. On line order at 6:10 with 30 minute pick up time. Arrived 6:40. After waiting for a few minutes, I was told my pizza was just placed in the oven! After waiting about an additional 20 minutes, my pizza was ready. The guy mumbled an insincere apology. Their LARGE pizza was only 12”! Never going back again!

love these guys. i cant really understand how someone cant
