Went through drive thru and wanted a double cheeseburger with no pickle and light mustard and small fry. Fries were cold had to give them back then pull forward and wait for new ones. Got home and my burger had pickles on it and loaded with mustard and ketchup. The one time I didn't check my sandwich. Tried calling store and of course no answer. Bad business.
Just purchased 3 bacon, egg. and cheese biscuits. Said they couldn't give a receipt because the machine is broken. We left, heading out for appointments. Opened the biscuits and they forgot the eggs. Been trying to call and only get a busy signal.
Place is consistent with cold food and forgetting order. I don't wanna even come there no more.
Got almost everything right. Didn't take Ketchup off my burger also their screens were mixed up and was putting someone elses order on mine
Can't complain about the drive-thru service. It was really fast. This particular McDonalds seems to have a good, well trained crew. They were a little busy, but I didn't see a single car parked, waiting for their food. It was nice for a change. Other McDonald's are quite the opposite. All and all, it was a great experience. When we are in Toldeo and are ever in need of fast food, this will be the place that we come to
This particular McDonald's has had a lot of problems with good help in the past. But they are definitely improving. In the last few weeks I've noticed a difference.
Now this McDonald's is one has the Cleanest?... and Most "Curtious" Employees!...that I've ever had the pleasure of Dealing with?...even though they probably are short handed? THY!... Still Manage to move the lines along both in store,and Drive Through Service's...you know if MORE?... Business were like this PLACE!...it would be more Enjoyable,and the FOOD? Terrible experience and it always happens when coming to this location which is sad because this one is on the way home. Went through drive thru of course was not greeted the employee just said give me your order no hi or welcome to McDonald's. Then we had to repeat our order 4 times and after that they still didn't get it right and had the nerves to catch a attitude with us when we brought it to their attention not to mention they slammed the drive thru window in our face very bad experience
Went through on 10/31 at 4:22pm and got two number seven meals. First set of fries I actually spit my fry out cause it was so cold and hard. Went back through and they replaced our fries. The bag was warm so we pulled away and when I opened it this is what I saw. So much grease, and they’re still cold. Both times we had just pulled out of the drive so it’s not like we drove home and then tried to eat them. I just want my money back but I could tell the children in the window didn’t have a clue on what they were doing.Update. Both of my meals were supposed to be extra onion and two of the burgers did not have extra onions and were dry. Thanks for the old food.
They just need to make sure that the orders are correct its a bad problem
