Quick and friendly service. The food was served hot and at expected standards.
Service was horrible, my burger looked like it had been stepped on and I was given a sweet tea that looked like water but was really just sugared water. Asked for a replacement drink as I sat at the pick up window and told no. Utterly ridiculous for something that costs McDonald's pennies. If I could give negative stars I would!

Upon arrival I went up to the counter to place my order and the employee told me to place my order on the machine. I asked her if I had to use the machine and she said, "Yes please...thank you!"I placed 1 item in the order and attempted to find the other item I was looking for and I couldn't find it on the options. I cancelled the order and went down the street to Taco Bell where I was able to place my order to a human without difficulty.The place order machines should be optional, not mandatory.
The inside is still closed. Drive through only. The wait is always long here. People are always pulling out of line because it takes so long to get to the speaker. Food was good. Staff seemed friendly and upbeat.
The food was hot and my order was correct. The only weird thing was that they wouldn't take my order at the counter. I was told I had to use the kiosk, and then I couldn't get a receipt for my meal. This is a problem because I need my receipts for business purposes.
Starting to have better management and customer service. They are fixing all mistakes on behalf of themselves and the food is starting to be fresher. Daijah, christina, and charity the best management hands down at this location
This McDonald's is supposed to be open 24 hours. That is 100% not true. Pulled in late tonight at 2:49am, I know super late. But why advertise that it is open 24 hours a day if they are only accepting uber eats and door dash at that time. At least that's what the employee told me at the drive through.
I went through the drive-thru and the service was very fast and friendly. It was nice that the French fries were hot. For being very busy, there wasn't much of a wait in the drive-thru line. They seemed to really have their stuff together. I'd come back to this McDonald's again. Just for the service alone
I understand that they only do DoorDash is after 2 AM due to short staffing. I work in the industry and I understand completely. What I don’t understand is how I can sit in a line of only four cars at four in the morning to get breakfast for 45 minutes before a single car is served. I did not see single car pull through for the whole time I was there I saw four get out of line, and after the 45 minutes I also lost patience. I called twice to make sure the drive-through was open and the employee said yes. Keep in mind I was in the drive-through line when I called. There is no excuse for this, just laziness. If you don’t want to serve people get out of the business.
