Had to pull ahead to wait for hash brown and the girl gave us 2 chocolate chip cookies for our trouble, very nice
Worst ever. Waited 20 minutes in line then told pull to parking spot to wait on egg that was another 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Service is terrible every personnel struggles with mobile codes. If I come in a car with three freinds we all submit a mobile code. As soon as they get one code they don't ask you if you have more codes. They just assume you have one.also time waiting is bad.
Waiting in drivethru a long time and when I got home I noticed I was short 2 sandwiches and my sodas tasted like pure carbonated water. Proceeded to call the manager stated I needed to bring the entire order back up to the restaurant so in turn it will be ice cold by the time I drive all the way there and back just to get two sandwiches because the manager was basically accusing me of trying to get two free mcchickens. McDonald’s if your food is so valuable you can keep it!! To many 1 .00 menu restaurants to choose from thank you. Or is it no thank you!!!
Would never eat from here and always feel bad for people that do, got so sick after eating it one day came out the front end and back but left me on the floor unable to move for about 10 min after getting it out of my system. I mean I was so sick I was sweating and everything. I am scared to even get a soda from here and the line when I have to dash here be out of control. And they have the audacity to lock doors in mid day. Then give the customers orders not even fresh. After waiting 25-30 min in line to get it smh. Wish could give negatives!!! Ijs good luck hopefully you come at a good time but beware!
This McDonald's is HORRIBLE !!!! Food was missing and what wasn't was thrown together horribly !!! Chicken sandwich was BURNT Fries were soggy and thwy charged me extra for the bacon , guess what... I didn't get the bacon!!! Was ordering an the little kid taking my order sais i was ordering too gast ? its a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT isnt it?!!? I dont recommend this place just throw the whole restaurant in the garbage ?..
Ordered a burger no mustard. The beef cheese and bun were on the cold side. They should be stuck together because of the warmth. Oh well, the med fries were pretty good. The dr. Pepper was good lol. McDonalds is such hit or miss day to day. Can't completely count it.
Fast service and nice staff. A rarity for a McDonald's these days.
They literally made me wait 20 mins in line just to say they're not taking orders all the sudden. This has happened like three times in the last month and it seems like they just stop taking orders when it gets "too busy". I just called to ask if they're taking orders and got hung up on. There's only one person that works there that actually tries to be welcoming and she usually works at the second window and has a pony tail with pretty lashes (don't know her name). I usually have to repeat myself and correct my order at the screen a few times and honestly it's better to just go to a different mcdonalds rather than to wait 20-30 minutes just for them to say they're closing a 24hr restaurant whenever they feel like it.
Staff severe attitudes .. food took 45 minutes to get while sitting inside. Food was cold and wrong when asked to fix it they had us wait 30 minutes and gave us same sandwich cold and just pulled onions off and put back in box. Very poor service. Chicken nuggets were made in nasty oil.
