What kind of restaurant doesn't let you have no bun or no tortilla added? Well in case you didn't guess it...this McDonald's. Just attempted to buy a breakfast burrito with no tortilla and they said "we don't do that". Funny thing is since I've been doing Keto, every other McDonald's I've been to has let me do just that. Beware. How do you know a restaurant has employees who really don't want to work or don't care about their customers? Just try and make a special request...

I ordered a chicken biscuit before my appointment and the chicken tasted burned and the biscuit was hard and the coffee had grounds in it and I almost choked! The quality of this particular McDonalds has been poor and I live around the corner. A young lady gave me a different sandwich but it wasn't any better, they just put mayonnaise and vegetable on it with a different bun. They need fresh biscuits and to change the grease along with making sandwiches to order because the food is old.
Sweet tea was old, not sweet at all n no ice.Had sausage Mc muffin with egg n cheese. Egg was cold and sandwich was like rubber. One of the worst mcmuffins ever.Hashbrowns were like double fried or sat in grease way too long. Very dark in color n tasted like grease.Was not impressed by this visit at all. It was late morning close to changing from breakfast to lunch, but no excuse for this.
This particular location I have to give a three. Every time I've went there the food isn't fresh or even hot. It's always Luke warm. I decided to give it another chance to see if Maybe it was going to be any better this this time and it wasn't. The workers are rude and do not care how long it takes them to get your food. (Morning shift) I've never been there after first shift.
Waited in drive thru for 30 mins. No one answering speaker during normal business hours and you guys want higher wages? Right.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Now I know this is McDonald’s but this was ridiculous. Sat in line at the speaker for a good 15 minutes. Young lady took our order. Got to the window and sat for another 15 minutes until a very rude and condescending woman came to the window, took her time putting on a head set, opened the window and said “can I help you?”. I told her I placed an order at the speaker. She said she didn’t have an order. I’m not sure how that’s possible since it took my coupon code from the app. Not pleased. She didn’t seem interested in helping so I left and went to a different McDonald’s down the street. Unfortunately I was not able to use my coupon there since somehow it was taken at this location without them having any record of my order.
They went from long lines and closing early to short lines and undercooked food. It was already a little sketch but now it's just gross. The chicken sandwiches I got were definitely undercooked and the fries tasted like they got quadruple salted.
Customer service sucks attitudes are terrible you wait over 15 minutes to get old dry food.Why would you serve food that they wouldn't be okay eating? Grandbaby couldn't even bite her chicken nuggets,buns were hard as rocks, pop was nothing but carbonation
I asked for my food fresh , even waited 10 minutes for it and my fries were still cold . And I was missing three items . I called to get compensated for the inconvenience and they hung up on me
