We had a calm lovely dinner with superb food and service to celebrate a birthday. We could not be more pleased. Mancy’s restaurants are the best. When I recovered from near-death leukemia, my foremost wish was to go to Mancy’s Strakhouse for aged filet mignon and crème brûlée. I will make it soon! What wonderful places you offer in several cuisines and styles. Thank you all for a fabulous evening and something to hope for. You mean more than you know.
Service really lessened the overall experience for us.
I have been dining at Macy's Italian for years and was extremely disappointed this time. The food was amazing as usual but the service was terrible. They were short staffed, which was not the problem because they weren't at all busy when we were there. The problem was that the staff seemed bothered that there were even customers there. Not at all attentive and ruse. When the issue was brought to management's attention they acknowledged that it has been a problem and just shrugged it off. For this reason unfortunately I do not see myself returning anytime soon, if at all. For 2 people our bill was $100.00 and if they expect people to pay that kind of money for a meal, the service should match the prices.
Very enjoyable . Shane was an excellent waiter
