Was at Mancy's ideal for a dinner presentation. There was a private room that allowed for the presentation to be heard and easy conversation as well. The food is delicious, consistent with other Mancy locations.

3 out of 5 had never been here before. We all left with a great experience. Food was very good and came out timely. The wait staff were all very nice. I'll be back.

My second experience at Mancy's Ideal. This time I stopped in after work for a raw oyster and prosecco special treat after a long work week. Very very good! Pleasantly surprised to find that the oysters were discounted for happy hour! Yaaay!!!! ? The bartender and manager are attentive and super friendly. I appreciate gracious staff and good food served expeditiously and with a smile! Expectations are high when you patronize a Mancy's restaurant... as they should be. They nailed it...twice!

New place, last minute reservation on our anniversary...best service and small but decadent menu. For a Mancys restaurant it was affordable and quaint and I would choose this over all the Mancys restraunts. I said what I said but seriously service was amazing. We found this as an accident but I'd choose this over and over again. It was an anniversary but now it's a lasting experience for years to come.

Nice atmosphere! Love the music—perfect everything! The food was amazing and flavorful. Service was excellent! The manager personally approached us to be sure we were satisfied!

Another great restaurant by the Mancy family. Sam our server was great. The menu is small allowing the chefs to concentrate on making the best food possible. The tenderloin tips au poivre are an absolute must if you like bleu cheese. The food and dining is less formal than say Mancy's Italian but the quality of all aspects of this restaurant is top notch! And the price is a bit less without sacrificing quality!

Great burger!! The blend of short rib brisket and chuck make it practically melt in your mouth. Service was great as well.

The atmosphere was nice, our waitress was nice. One thing was our first round of garlic bread was not fully cooked (doughy), then our second round was kind of burnt. My Lemon Pomegranate Martini was delicious. My meal was good. Maple Pecan Bourbon Salmon with ravioli.

To be honest, I wish I could give a 4.5 but siding with 5 because this restaurant is much better than the scores say (3.5? Nope and I’m not even sure how that’s possible). My wife and I come here a lot. We’ve also gone to a lot of the Mancy’s restaurants in town. Mostly Italian and Bluewater Grill. We love Ideal for many reasons but one of them is that they have the Mancy’s restaurant “hits” but the environment is pretty casual. Anyway, when they have it, the calamari is amazing. Perfectly cooked (as it is at all Mancy’s restaurants) and the flavors in the squid and sauce are always amazing. Started off tonight with house bread. I mention that because there have been times here where we don’t get the house bread automatically (or even as an option). I typically could care less about house bread in restaurants but this stuff is amazing. Our appetizer was the Brussels sprouts tonight. Really nice but also fairly rich. Tons of flavor but we did box them halfway through for later. I had a meal I often have there with the Cajun Shrimp. I would 100% recommend this dish. The Cajun seasoning on the shrimp is a little spicy and really flavorful. Texture on them is great. The sauce it comes over balances it out perfectly. The dirty rice is very tasty. It has some small sausage chunks in it. The green beans are good. Fairly standard but works with the dish. My wife had the maple bourbon salmon. She loves that Mancy’s dish and it was delicious. She gets that meal often so it’s one of her favorites. Other things: the burger here is probably the best burger in town. The cut of meat they use is some combo of brisket, short rib and something else. Really worth the try and not that expensive. The hot chicken sandwich is great too. My wife loves it but I find that it has slightly too much honey on it. I’d prefer a stronger focus on the heat myself. Deserts here are a solid 4 out of 5. We do get them often to go and it’s never a disappointment. Overall I just don’t see this place as a 3.5. I’ve dined here more than 10 times and when you include the other Mancy’s restaurants that’s closer to 200. We also enjoy dining out in general and do so often. This place isn’t bad. It’s actually really great most of the time. I’ve had some things I’d prefer we’re different but that’s to be expected. As a personal closer I’ll say that I knew this restaurant when it was Revolution Grill and I think they could’ve done more with the interior. It does lack something with the decor. It’s almost become charming in a “meh” kinda way at this point though.

so the first time we went it was fabulous however we went last night and my fiances steak was so under cooked he asked for medium but it was red and cold in the center no char on the outside or grill marks we sent it back and 2 minutes later they brought it back still way under cooked So I split my steak with him and he left his uneaten because we already waited a hour for our food.our waitress never refilled our glasses and didn't bring out the bread until we were done with our meals . after spending a hundred bucks there I was so disappointed in the service and the food I doubt we will ever go back. it's unfortunate because the first time we went we were so happy.
