You can custom make so many drinks. The options are endless. The staff is always friendly. If you want to try something new and have a flavor or taste in mind, they’ll easily point you into the right direction with suggestions. Definitely recommend and it’s definitely easily a “go-to” coffee shop.
I love their coffee , it's delicious but I don't always make it downtown . Today we went but it was just after closing (didn't know they closed at 2pm) The nice woman apologized and gave us what coffee they had left on the house . So nice and we'll be back ! Thank you !
Seats are uncomfortable. Service was bad. Menu limited. Been there 2 I will not be going back. First time our Male waiter was great asked for him again but didn't get him. Young lady did not check on us and we were a reserved party.
Drip coffee is mediocre but better than a lot of other coffee shops I have been to. The straight shot of espresso I had was the best one I’ve had so far. The egg and cheese biscuit was very good as well. Enjoyed the atmosphere and would go back!

What a great little coffee shop in the heart of downtown Toledo. Supporting local is near and dear to my heart, and Maddie & Bella make supporting local a no-brainer.During my visit with my daughter, we were greeted by friendly and cheerful staff. The coffee shop was bright, clean, and simply a breath of fresh air.I ordered the mocha latte with the knowledge that their chocolate was supposed to be on another level. Well my daughter was right, the mocha latte hit the spot. With a smooth rich flavor without having that over sweetened taste. It was an absolute delight, and a great way to start my morning.And the story behind the name, such a touching tribute to the families Australian Shepherds.Parking was simple on a Friday morning. We parked right in front using metered parking. These meters allowed the use of credit cards, I noticed some down the street did not.
