I was blown away by the unique depth of flavor in my Sylvarado Bowl. It was one of the best dishes I've had in a long while.I can not wait to come back and try some other menu items.Also hate off to The Low Rider Cafe for having Love Tokens to support local residents in need of a meal. Hats off making a difference!
Really good food, decently diverse menu, I had breakfast, well seasoned but it was missing a bit of texture. Came here on a local recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. Would potentially try it again if I'm passing through town. Very cool interior and friendly staff!
Super fresh ingredients, incredible flavor!! 10 out of 10, definitely recommend! Great, warm inviting atmosphere, all the employees were so kind and gave great suggestions! We were campers all the way around!!
This is my new favourite spot in Toledo! (& beyond, let’s be honest). And did you hear they’re opening a taco truck?!The service? Friendly, fast, very sweet, makes you feel like home if home had tacos and desserts and you never had to do the dishesThe food? Delicious! Not at all like home- much much better.The atmosphere? Way neat! Gorgeous art, very cool vibe. Impress a date (or impress yourself) OR get some espresso drinks to fuel you while you work away (plenty of spots to plug in).Just whatever you do! Tip well. They deserve it.
Boyfriend and I visited here for lunch yesterday. The service was ok. They have a lot to choose from and I had a hard time deciding. The food was good. I had the street taco sampler with shrimp beef and chicken tacos. They mix corn into their meat and I tried it but didn’t like that. I spent time picking out all the corn from the hamburger. The flavor was good though. The shrimp was seasoned well and I let the corn stay in that taco. It just didn’t taste good with the beef taco. My boyfriend had the special tacos but I can’t remember which one. We ordered queso and chips and those were the best part! They actually fry their own tortilla chips and I’d never had those before. They were amazing! No alcohol is served. They have bottled Jarritos and other soda products but they’re in a can. No lemon; only limes if you get water. Overall I enjoyed my meal. Service was just ok. We received our food and bill at the same time and our server never returned. We had to stop another waiter in order to get napkins and I wanted a Jarritos added on. I’d go back

I've visited the Low Rider cafe' twice in the last month. Both times were for dinner. The food is delicious and authentic! The service is casual and relaxed. Everyone is pleasant. The location is great downtown. Plenty of metered parking behind the building on Ontario. Can't wait to go back!!! Most of Toledo's Mexican restaurant selections are disappointing and lack flavor. Keep in mind they don't serve alcohol.
Absolutely love it here! Amazing coffee and food. Great vegan and vegetarian options that are filling and not overpriced!!!! I cannot recommend enough! Also, the staff as always been extremely friendly. Has a very community feel.
Locally owned,family friendly spot in the heart of downtown Toledo.Great vibe and decor to look at.Any place that plays Bob Marley,Buddy Guy ,Stevie Ray Vaughn and Santana on the sound system is golden in my book.Oh...and the food was excellent. I had the street taco sampler going with Carne asada,and marinated pork.Tender meat,with a balanced amount of onion and cilantro. Just right. The chips and guacamole were perfect,chips are made fresh to order.I tried the rice which came with my wife's order and was impressed with the flavor.I could lunch on just a bowl of that and be happy. Looking forward to trying more on thier menu.Service was friendly and the cook even came out to check on our satisfaction.
