Went here for a birthday. Steaks are good but could use a little more seasoning. They are a little on the small side for the price compared to another steakhouse nearby. Their broccoli, baked potatoes and salads were good though and staff was very nice. I honestly just feel this place is a little pricey.
I had a really good time here...Service: was A1, they were busy and we arrived 34 mins till closing, was still served and given fresh and hot foodFood: Delicious and cooked exactly how we wanted it. The salad they gave you us very huge, I an however disappointed with the amount of fries that are given compared to everything else,
Well where shall I begin. We came here today after church to eat. So we came in was told 30 mins wait which is no problem at all but then it turned into hour and that's when the issues happen. So I looked around and it was plenty of open tables and so I ask what's the hold up? She said they were going to sit us at a booth.. I was like 6 big people at a booth when they could've set us with two tables but she said they weren't doing that any more and then I ask about this open section right here pictured below in which she said let me ask the manager. The manager Rebecca which off the jump had a straight racist vibe. Said this was her location and that section was closed due to not haven't enough staff. So I ask her if or an another manager could help with the staffing issue and she said no. Then she sent her other biracial manager Stephanie to speak with us and she disappeared the rest of our meal. So we finally get seated, have the worst server in the world and then we get our tabs. As I went to the restroom I saw that not only where people sitting in th section we weren't allowed too and they where a white family! So yeah.. horrible management!
We had to ask for the bread. 3 of us asked for our steaks to be lightly seasoned, the steaks were fully seasoned. 1 person ordered their steak medium, it came well done. Then we asked for 2 baked potatoes to go and we waited over 5 minutes for that. All the staff is so young, they don't know what good service is. I'm a good tipper, not tonight. This is the 4th time in a year. Not sure I care to go back.
The ribs were fall-off-the-bone moist and tender, however, there was way too much sauce on them. , The sauce was on the sweet side and didn't really have much depth of flavor. It never occurred to me until after I finished that I could have wiped some of it off. LOL! The service was great!
The restaurant was very full, but we were sat right away. Our server Mary Beth was absolutely phenomenal. And the food. Oh my God the food. Everything was amazing, cooked to perfection, and came out quickly. The Perfect Margarita, their signature drink is really really good.
Honestly, one of the best meals I have ever had! The filet was cooked perfectly, sides were delicious, and adding shrimp took it to a whole new level! Love the atmosphere of the place and the staff and manager were super friendly.
I called ahead on 2-13-22 to see if this location would be able to accommodate a party of 10 around 4pm for a birthday dinner. I wanted to make sure because we had family driving from an hour away. I was told yes they would be able to accommodate but they don't take reservations and to come early to get put on the list. No problem. I showed up at 3:30. Told them party of 10. Was told to hold on by the hostess. The hostess came back and informed me they couldn't take more than a party of 6. I asked for a manager. A man came out and I explained the situation and he said to me "We stopped taking large parties about a half hour ago so no we won't be able to seat you." I was very disappointed to the point that I will not be giving this establishment my business again.
Great atmosphere, really tasty and melt in your mouth steaks. The reason I gave a 4 rating is because of the amount of salty seasoning they use, it's a little much. We had a great waitress which made the atmosphere that much better.
Horrible service. Would not even accommodate a larger party said party had to sit in different sections to be accommodated even though two people of the party were babies they included them into the number saying “there humans also” but there humans that’s not ordering any food you still count them which is ridiculous. They were very rude and not making any sense about how the kitchen can’t cook over 10 orders and saying we can’t even order appetizers because it was a large party. You would think they would be happy to get more business but they literally have lost customers for life. This was one of the worse experiences ever and to top it off it was birthday dinner that people drove in to town for and Long Horn made it a BIG disappointment!
