The girl working the drive through window today (7/14/22) between 6&7pm is rude and nasty.I kept telling her I wanted 1 and a half dozen doughnuts. 1/2 glazed, 1/2 sweet cream and another half assorted. She kept talking me I could just get One dozen half this and half that. So I trie to AGAIN tell her that I wanted 6 this 6 that and 6 assorted. And she interrupts again saying “yeah a dozen” I said no 6 time 3 is one and a half. Then she still doesn’t get it so I say 6+6 equals 12 plus another 6 and she says that’s a dozen ? I said 3X6=18. And she says that a dozen and a half. That’s what I’ve been telling you time and time again. And then she says I’m not taking your order. That girl knows nothing about math much less customer service. God bless her, she needs it.
Just got back from Secor location, and was pleasantly surprised with customer service! First time for everything! Even got a smile. Although, I remain uncertain why they never have cinnamon rolls on Sundays??
Sunday morning at approximately 830 am on Father's Day, and there wasn't a single glazed donut in the entire building. Really? The number one requested donut, and you don't have any? Hmmmmmmmmm..... I only went here as my friend wanted to treat him and his daughter to donuts on Father's Day. I don't eat them, as I don't care for them. The window attendant didn't seem to be too bothered by the lack of donuts, she was distant and disinterested. And they weren't cheap. We did settle for a dozen berry-glazed, as I guess that's all they had? We weren't given any suggestions. A shame. I hope this comment reaches the corporate office. You might not notice a little consumer like me. But I am less than impressed, and wouldn't waste any of my money in your establishment or on any of your retail products. Ever!
Once you've experienced a hot, fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut, you'll never forget it!! So glad they have a location fairly close to home and was really excited when this shop opened up. Sign up on their website and you'll get emails telling you of their offers, limited flavors, as well as coupons, etc. You can order online for pickup which is nice and they are also a really great source for your fundraiser events.
I have pretty low standards for “fast food”, but…This place is a disaster. The people operating the drive-through are consistently rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. I’ve been trying this place once a month for a year, and it’s now a reliable pattern. Started off ok, has gone downhill significantly. Not to mention, the donuts are always cold, stale, and unrecognizable as Kristy Kreme.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews but this place is extremely unorganized. I ordered a mobile order to pickup on Mother's Day and wasn't told they were out of everything on the order until I arrived. When I was there they told me that nobody there could give me a refund at that time and to come back another day to do so. The next day I came back to a sign on the door stating that they were not opening until 11, apologizing for the inconvenience. I was not bothered by that because they could have had issues that were out of their control. So, I waited until 11 and gave them a call. On the phone the person I spoke to claimed to be the supervisor and asked if I could give her 10 more minutes and then I could come inside to get this issue taken care of. Again, I waited the extra time and went inside only to be met with a few employees telling me that there were no supervisors on shift and that they left for a meeting so I would have to come back another time...How are they functioning day to day with no supervisor?? On the 3rd day of trying to get a refund they were able to do it over the phone with no questions asked. I have read multiple reviews explaining that this exact situation happened to them as well. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location and I will be going to Tim Hortons instead.
Placed an online order, went to the store at the pick up time. They say they ran out of the donuts I ordered, couldn’t fulfill my order. They never informed me before I got there.They don’t know how to process a refund. Asked for a manager, the manager who “was in charge” came and mentioned the same thing but than told me “hold on let me find out”. Waited another 10 mins at the window, while clearly you can see her walking around ignoring me. A different employee tells me there is nothing they can do. Come back Monday since the Main Manager wasn’t there. Horrible experience
The WORST place ever!!! Lobby isnt open, no sign as to why, and doesnt even have the promotional spring filled doughnuts as advertised. Half the doughnuts were not even ready at 9am. Chocolate glazed doughnuts were leftover from the day before. Cold and discolored. What kind of management let's this be acceptable. Hope it closes for good soon.
I would have given zero stars but you can’t post if you don’t give at least one. Put an order in online at 4:23 pm for a pickup time of 7:30 pm. When I arrived at the store to pickup my order, I was told that they could not fill my order. Did not receive any correspondence letting me know that my order could not be filled. They had plenty of time to contact me (3 hours)but did not. When I asked for a refund I was told they could not do that either. They did offer me a “free” Dozen donuts. Now correct me if I’m wrong but if I paid for a dozen and you can’t give me the dozen I ordered nor a refund, is the dozen of your unwanted leftover donuts even free? No I paid for it and didn’t get the ones I ordered. FYI I did not take those “free” not free leftovers. I now have to call and talk to a different manager tomorrow and do this dance again. No such thing as good customer service anymore.
I ordered donuts and got a completely different order. Been trying to get ahold of them for over an hour and I keep getting hung up on or placed on hold. I am missing 6 of my donuts I did order that they replaced with original glazed but I paid for the specialty ones. Not a word was said that they didn’t have them. Im so beyond irritated and I’m not usually one to get mad about these things, but being ignored and treated this way is not okay.
