I love the pot pie at KFC. However, this location failed to provide me a fork to eat it with, and also failed to give me napkins in my bag. I suggest you check your bag thoroughly for utensils if ordering anything that requires use of them. Emily the manager was RUDE and didn’t even apologize for their mistakes! Where is great customer service? I’m so sick of the excuses for giving poor service.
Two days again I purchased a combination meal from the Secor Road location. The chicken was fried in old grease the taste was disgusting! The chicken was fried to the point that some pieces were burnt. I’ve always loved KFC and this is the third time that I have been disappointed at this location! If I was not ill I would have returned the meal! I threw the meal into the garbage where it belonged. Never again! Where did the quality go?
Went through the drive thru today. Thought I would like to try the chicken sandwich, so I ordered the chicken sandwich box. The only thing I could eat was the Cole slaw. Everything else was so salty it was inedible. Extremely salty! What a waste of $10! Back to chic fil a. Sad, KFC is so much closer.
Good fried chicken, sandwiches and side dishes. They seem to be dealing with the pandemic well and have pretty quick service.
I came through the drive through tonight. Only got half of what I ordered. When I tried to call to get the matter resolved, no one wanted to bother answering the phone. I want a refund instead of feeling like this place just ripped me off!!!
They are ok... used to be VERY GOOD (used to work with you when you ordered specials...) but have gotten a bit strict... hence 4 ?
KFC is digging its own grave....too old grease or too high temperatures. KFC is far from what they used to be....going downhill..fast.
Food was good. The person who gave us our food was very unfriendly. Didn't seem to like his job or people for that matter. The young man who took the order at drive thru very nice and friendly.
During my last visit I asked the person at the window if I could have a dog treat for my dog that was in the car. They said "I don't have a dog treat but I can give you a piece of chicken or a biscuit" and I said a piece of chicken. This person literally ran over to the fryer and grabbed a piece of chicken. Needless to say my dog enjoyed it. And to whoever gave my dog the chicken, thank you so much!The food was really good too, I'd definitely get the chicken sandwich again.
