For Jamba to be almost $8 for a large. They should have better customer service and cleanliness. I walked in and the girl didn't say anything. She came over and I told her I wanted an Acai smoothie. She took my cash and was about to start my smoothie, but I had to ask her to wash her hands and put on gloves. It's nasty that they hire these disrespectful kids.
Wow. Just wow. I haven't had an experience this bad in a while! It has been some time since I've been to jamba and i was excited to return. However this location offered an experience so bad I'd discourage anyone from going. Walked in and there were several people waiting. That's fine it's to be expected. After several minutes of no acknowledgment a young man (Dasan was the name on the receipt) walked up and mumbled something, I honestly couldn't understand, however I did understand the word "order." I responded with "yes we need to order" and he walked away. A young lady then walked around us and he walked up to take her order at which time I repeated with "we were here 1st and we do still need to order." He snapped back and said "no you said you were waiting for an order." I said "no I'm sorry for the confusion I said we need to order." He then said "fine then order" but walked away again. I stood there literally mouth open baffled and confused. I thought maybe something had changed because I hadn't been to jamba for a long time so I asked the other patron standing there "do I need to order online? Or will he take my order?" They let me know he'll take my order. I continued to stand there and he walked up and said "are you going to order?" I said "I was going to but you just walked away." He said "fine order!" I respond with "I will but are you going to be polite?" He said then very forcefully "can I take your order?" I was literally shocked. I proceeded to place my order, with a mild modification which was to sub frozen strawberries for bananas and waited for my drink. When my order came up I could immediately tell it was wrong simply based on the color. The gentleman who made the drink (different from the person who took my order) apologized and said he made the drink as it showed on the screen which just said no banana but didn't say sub strawberry. He was very kind and offered to remake it the correct way but at this point i just wanted out of this store so I declined. I grabbed my drink, and he once again apologized for the other workers mistake (which is appreciated). Then as i was leaving i heard the person who made my drink whisper "this dude sucks" ...clearly he also isn't a fan of his coworker. I will say the kindness of the gentleman who made my drink calmed me down just enough (as i was still appalled by the first experience) that I took to Google and saw that there was another location near by and headed over there to try and get a correct smoothie. The person who made my drink there (the mall location) was also very kind which again is appreciated. If it weren't for the kindness of these 2 individuals I can guarantee you I would have never returned to jamba and told others to never return as well!

The pumpkin smash, plant based is phenomenal!! You will want the large size, as it's hard to resist slurping it up immediately.

My first time there and my smoothie was great and it's very clean you'd think you'd see gnats with so much fruit around. LOVE IT
