This is one of my favorite food places in all of Toledo. Service is good, the food is always hot, and the portions are absolutely worth the price. Order the oxtail!
My first time eating at Jamaica Spice, I'll come back . It was good.
Last time I ate here, the food was so BLAND. Used to be one of my favorite spots in Toledo, but not sure if I can trust it anymore. I’m black and Mexican and I need heavy spice, they just did not do it how they did before. Hopefully it was a one off experience. But I’m ordering food now and gonna go with a different place because I don’t want to be disappointed again :/
I went in to get some jark chicken ? and boy let me tell you, it's just too much for, they changed 3$ for one of chicken leg ? and 3$for one chicken thigh is just ridiculous, and the way they make it, its the way i make it at home it the oven they need to put it on the grill, it was way too spicy and over priced.Has a restaurant you need to have mild + spicy, have to give people Customers choices you can't just jump the over spicy.Oh and don't let me talk about the Beef Patty that they buy from Costco and selling it for more money, they need to make there own thats all, I won't be going back
I had the oxtails and jerk chicken with cabbage red beans rice and peas,I’ll definitely make that two hour drive to get it, 5 stars
First time having Jamaican food. Friendly and quick service. Food was delicious and filling. I got the Jerked chicken and oxtail combo. Spicy and would recommend for anyone.
Awesome authentic dishes.Unfortunately, the Rice and Peas are Americanized. Can't taste the coconut milk, or scallions and thyme.
Restaurant horrible 1st time there today food took over 30 mins for my jerk chicken finally get it they totally forgot the jerk?♀️then poor the water down jerk on the chicken creating wet chicken sad & touching
Really do love this place and will always eat here.. VERY GOOD FOOD AND ALWAYS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO GO OUT AND HAVE FUN ..
Would give it another star if they provided menus and were a bit quicker, but the food is better than expected for a Jamaican place in Ohio. I will patronize again.
