Been here 3-times now. Two out of three visits, the food wasn't bad. It met out expectations. Service was pretty good. No complaints. One of the three visits, we didn't end up staying because they were short staffed and we waited as long as we could with no one to seat us. This was our 2nd visit, so we obviously gave them another shot. We plan to return in the future
I got the Pancake Combo with the Cupcake Pancakes and oh my goodness the pancakes were the perfect sweetness and the frosting on them wasn't too sweet that it hurt my teeth but it was just sweet enough that I could tell it was frosting. The eggs were delicious and the hashbrowns were the perfectly crisp on the outside. The bacon was nice and crispy
Jenn was our server and very nice. The food was delicious.
the service was great and the food was over the top great the cook of this I hop needs a position to train the other cooks I am a picky eater and this was the way I would cook it and place it on the plate for myself I have almost stop eating out because of being dissatisfied with the food I receive in my opinion this restaurant was very clean service was great food was amazing take care of the employees especially the cook because they will be the reason you have repeat customers
Our server Maddy was great. I overheard that the cook had walked out and that the servers were making the food. She didn't make a big deal about it and wasn't going to take credit but I had to thank her when I found this out. The food was perfectly cooked too! Thanks Maddy!
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only lettuce pickles bacon and cheese and Got onions tomato some mayonnaise sauce on my burger n then my burger wasn't done blood still comeing out of it and then have been calling for almost an hour about my order being messed up
So sad that a place so popular and usually convenient has turned into a place so bad as this location. I have been discriminated against and judged and STILL have it a chance by doing onlin instead. Think about shutting down a service for curbside orders if you don't have the crew for it so people aren't waiting 10 min past time for food. You can't complete an online order unless you put your phone number in. What's the point in that if the business isn't going to use it to ask customers to come in instead? Communication sucks. Consider hiring people who care instead of young people who don't!!
We ordered curbside this morning, and after checking in online and sitting in my car for 20 minutes, I called to see if my food was on its way. I was told they didn’t have anyone to bring orders out, so I needed to come inside. No sign anywhere outside saying that was the case. Got our food home and they had mixed up our meals - wrong eggs/meat with wrong pancakes/crepes. There was no whipped cream on the crepes and they were basically inedible. My husband compared the taste to a sewer. They didn’t include the chocolate sauce with my pancakes. The orange juice tasted like water. All around bad experience. I’ve eaten in at this IHOP years ago, and it was fine. But if you’re thinking about getting take out, find somewhere else. This was so not worth the money we paid for it.
Me & My Wife Ordered Chicken Tenders & they seemed like they were cooked in old grease . They were HARD & hurt my gums. Service was lousy , & they were out of ranch , Buffalo sauce, the things that go with what we ordered. Worst iHOP in the city
Absolutely TERRIBLE location to go to. I've tried dining in here 3 times the past 2 months during 3rd and was told that "their receipt paper printer was not printing", so they weren't taking any orders. Since when was it so hard to write an order down and hand it to the cook? The second time was pure laziness on their employees part and just tonight after placing my order and waiting nearly 10 minutes I was told that the "chef" just cut his hand and they couldn't make any food. I will literally NEVER return to another iHop again. TERRIBLE choice to dine, I mean ATTEMPT to dine.
