The new brewery at Oak Opening: Awesome location, wonderful ambience, but it is a brewery and as such, really should have beer, i.e.,SOLD OUT SOLD OUT SOLD OUT.I will be happy to revise my review once they get some beer.

Coworker suggested a visit on 04/08/22. Got to chat with the brew master. Good beer and good vibes.

The Mr and I dropped in last Friday. Everything was perfect the atmosphere, cold drinks, food and hospitality. Highly recommend. We’ll be back. ?

Ambiance is 100000. Music, bar tender, games, guests. Beers- i found a few that i liked. Most were high IBU so might not be the best for non craft beer drinkers. The heavy death boiler maker is so delicious.

Great beer and even better atmosphere!! The Vulcana was my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices!!

All of the beers are well made, most are quite enjoyable, but that is a matter of taste of course. I give the beers themselves 4 out of 5 "foamy mugs." The atmosphere is great. Of course that's also a matter of taste, but it's a basement bar type place and that appeals to me. They have some nice original marketing artwork of their own that's cool if you like graphic art. They had a single sandwich on the menu, a special of the house that's a variation on the Chicago Italian Beef, that two people in my party said was very good. I'm not from the area where this bar is, but I'll definitely make a point of stopping in again when the opportunity presents itself.

Great place, great vibe and great beers! We will definitely B back and the hot beef dip sandwich was excellent! Cheers Heavy Beer Co.!

Absolutely, one of the best things to happen to downtown Toledo! If you haven’t visited Heavy yet, do it!

Had a tequila high ball made by a nice gent. There was a painting class going on in the distillery. I had a chance to check out the bar as well, albeit briefly. Nice building, welcoming staff and tasty booze. What more can you ask for?

Good local beer. Friendly service. Could have a bigger selection, but for just starting out, it'll do
