Absolutely love their brownie sundae. No one has been able to compete with it. I am wondering if it's supposed to be made with cashews or pecans because I've seen it both ways, haha. It's delicious either way.
Pretty good, better eat fast because the ice cream is soft. Lots of flavors to choose from
So many unique flavors and choices. They are all good. My friends ordered different flavors and we got to try them. Good location with fair amount of parking spaces and drive thru.
I would say this place has the great handmade ice cream in Toledo area. I guess they are there from last many years and really have good expertise in making a nice ice cream. The staff they have is very young and I found them very kind and respectful. This is always my number one choice whenever I need an ice cream
First time I've ever been here. My wife grew up in Sylvania and always talked about it. Came here after dinner with the in-laws to pick up dessert. The sundaes we're spot on. Don't let the long lines deter you you, it moves fast.
This is the second time they closed the front window before the posted 9pm close time, if your going to close the front at 8:30pm post that as close time not 9pm
ICE CREAM! Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream located at 5908 W. Sylvania Ave. Toledo, Ohio is the best place to get ice cream, milkshakes, hurricanes etc. They give huge scoops with smiling faces! I love I can go through the drive-thru window to pick up my ice cream. ?
First time I've been here, the ice cream was really good, the watermelon ice blended with Sierra Mist was really good. It is pricey so that will keep me from going more frequently.
Large variety of ice cream flavors for a reasonable price. Always helpful & pleasant staff with a drive through! Whaaat!! Winning
