Horrible, horrible. I hate long lines. If I tell you it's horrible, it might make the line shorter when I go there!Just kidding. This place is great for a hamburger or hotdog just about any way you want it. Their fries are addictive. They make great milkshakes, too. I just wish they came in a larger size.
Food wasn't the way I ordered it. I paid almost 7 bucks for a large fry and it was barely enough to feed me and my 1 year old son. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was so small and missing condiments. Really disappointed with the cleaniness and customer service as well. Hope this helps others in their quest to find good quality food.
I placed my order through the app for in store pick up. No one greeted me when I walked in, so I went to the person at the register to let them know who I was, and that I was there for an order placed through the app. I waited for over 20 minutes- saw people that came in after me leave, and after going to the register again to let them know I was there, I still didn’t get my food. It took until the store was practically empty for a worker assembling the food to ask me who I was. I was met with a lukewarm burger when I got home. It’s upsetting because ordering online is supposed to be faster and more convenient, but it stressed me out more. My partner waited with me for a little, went to chipotle for his food, and came back to wait with me. This is ridiculous
Excellent if you walk in and order. Unfortunately the same order quality cannot be said if you order off grub hub as there is no recourse if the order is completely incorrect.
Food has always been great. It’s starting to smell terrible inside now. They need to do something with their ventilation. It wasn’t like that before, I’ve been eating there since it opened. Now my coat smells terrible. It was more than one day that I had experienced this problem.
My husband got a BLT extra B and he could have had 2 of them they were so good
For my first time trying them Im sad to say I wouldnt return here if the meal was free, both sandwiches were wrong. Paid for some of the items and never got them. And the end of the day it was sloped together and grease everywhere

They are dishonest people. I asked them for a beef burger and they gave me a pork burger, knowing that I repeatedly assured them that I don't eat pork.
Sooooo good I ordered a cheese burger and a small fries everything was good my fries could have been a lil hotter tho they was pretty warm but that’s ok thanks
