Ew! Not so hot. The building isn't in too good of shape especially on the outside. Literally it's freezing cold in the building! I could see my breath! ??I have to wonder if it's legal to run an establishment with no heat. I will never be ordering from here again! The service wasn't so bad in person but they have terrible phone etiquette. They got my order wrong even though I placed it in person. ? Now let's talk food. Talk about fishy smelling fish. Very low quality When fish is slimy it's an indicator that it's starting to go bad. My okra wasn't cooked well and that's a hard thing to do. LOL ???♀️ so, you drop it in the grease you wait the appropriate amount of time you pull it out. So I guess it was the appropriate amount of time part that confused someone. Also, I overheard two phone conversations and the man working the front counter was quite rude to people placing orders. No go for me don't go here guys they have to step it up.Message to the Owners. . . Work On It!
I don't know how they fried their seafood but it was so oooo soooooooo good.
Terrible. I ordered a fish&shrimp meal with a sampler. The sampler was burnt hard. I called they said come pick it up. Now I come get the new sampler that was promised to me. Why that one was undercooked everything was doughy and raw ?. I'm sorry idk ? but the cook needs some help.
The ladies at work ordered chicken and this is what they got.... the manager did tell her he would replace the order!!!
Waited in line forever , they must be pretty proud of their prices cause they were quite steep. Gyro meat was cold and the fries were tasteless.. asked for no lettuce and got it anyways … will never go back, not surprised they’re closing up shop

food is fantastic. and my daughter absolutely loved the chicken strips. I bought the catfish and it is out of this world good and the service was quick very friendly and just a hands down great experience. good job guys
I’ve been going there to eat since their opening. I’ve really had no issues with the food three and a half stars at best. However last night the perch which I always order was fried but was WET! And had a smell as if dish dry water was poured on it. I took it back and was given a fresh order it was fried a little crispier but was mushy on the inside with same smell. I took it to Toledo Health dept this morning and hopefully I will get to know did anyone do anything to my food.
The fish could not possibly be fresh it was very chewy. The fries were not hot and neither was my okra. Had to wait 15 minutes for food that wasn't even fresh out the grease. I asked for a large okra and I gave me a small but charging for the large.
I went against some of the bad reviews and tried it anyway ..what a mistake!!! Had a HUGE hair in my salad, it was mostly huge chunks of cucumber and cabbage, fries were cold and undercooked. If i could give them a 0 i would....DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
