I went to the Toledo location 4-1-22. It was absolutely horrible! First off there's NOONE waiting on tables! You place & pay for order before you find a seat! They just bring you your food! You have to get up and go ask for anything else you may need! The food was old and very COLD! Mac and cheese was dried up and disgusting! NEVER AGAIN! THEY NEED TO JUST CLOSE DOWN IF YOU CAN'T GET HOT FOOD AND ANY SERVICE?.Totally ruined my birthday dinner!!

Placed a to go order online for their bread pudding. Got it home and it was frozen solid like a brick. Evidently they don't think to go orders should be properly served. I could of went to Kroger and bought the same thing and paid half the cost for a full pan of it, if I wanted to prepare it. Will never go back.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. A friend and I shared the one meals where you get a variety of brisket ribs chicken and many other side dishes. I was surprised that they no longer wait on you at the table you have to go and place your order and then they will bring your food when it's ready. Just a sign of the times and lack of help but we still had good service and the food was absolutely delicious.
Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and our food was delicious. We ordered the family fest and everything came out as expected. Our order however was brought out at different times as they had forgotten the items we had ordered. The silverware also needs to be cleaned better. Enjoyed our evening over all!
Been waiting on the catfish to return, it has and I dined in my initial serving was small and had a burnt taste the fries were also cold as if it had been sitting all morning. It's all you can eat I got another serving this one was fresh but I only got 3 kind of felt like I wasted my money. I also didn't understand why Red Hot hot sauce isn't available.
There was only one person working/cooking. There were quite a few people there but she did a great job making sure everybody had what they needed. Very timely manner as well. Food was great!
Charged me for two meals when I only ordered one, no one was working the to go booth so I was late, and messed up my order. I guess it's real convenient for them to get an extra 10-20$ from me while also having the to go orders ready 10-20 minutes after the time you said it would.
The experience is not the same as it was before. It is like going to McDonalds for barbecue. You wait in line for your order and then take it to a table. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never go back.
