Usually I give this place five stars but my last order was made completely wrong and they had to deliver twice and they charged me overcharged me and my stuff was not cooked properly it was not filled to order I asked for certain things that didn’t get done so I’m giving it another shot this week and hopefully they fill the order properly if not I will post it and let you guys know that this is the last time I will be using Domino’s as my pizza delivery preference
Good Evening, now my previous experience with this location was rather rude. The server/customer service woman didn’t really take any pride in her job. I didn’t fully under my meal had been “comped” due the order previously was missing a topping. When I asked to get a garlic dipping sauce, she gave me the sauce I paid for it. She deposited the money into a tip jar, not the register. Now I don’t know if it’s common practice to deposit miscellaneous transactions into the tip jar?i also order and bread twists and cheese dipping sauce but my twists are all mangled and sauce was barely covering the bottom. Not knowing who is who because nobody has name tags, I’m unsure to whom my grievance falls upon.
My daughter ordered a large order a little over $50 around 830 or 845 we were told half hour to forty-five minutes no big deal at 930 we still had not recieved or food and she called they said it was on it's way then called again they were pulling in...we watched the driver pull in then pull back out at this time it was almost 10 pm. Even with calling at 830ish she still should have been able to eat a pc of pizza and been to bed by 930. After another call we found out driver had forgotten half the order but instead of dropping off the stuff he had he went back for the rest by about 1015 we finally had our food and my granddaughter literally fell asleep eating at the dinner table. Driver never gave me my credit card receipt or anything. This is unacceptable! Come on your better then this!!!!

I wanted to eat in restaurant. Pizza was good.
I ordered pizza from here probably 4 or 5 years ago during a snow storm. I lived less than a mile away yet it took nearly 2 hours to get my pizza and by then it wasn’t even hot anymore. I left feedback(non public feedback) and the manager called me yelling at me about the weather. If you don’t want to deliver because of weather then don’t! Just don’t be a dick when I’m annoyed that my pizza wasn’t even warm and I don’t live far at all. That manager solidified my distaste for this specific dominoes location.
Terrible service and unprofessional staff. Came to location to pick up my order and they would not accept my money. It was close to closing time so I suspect that the employees just wanted to take the food home for themselves. Cashier said he doesn't take cash. This is a lie. I will not go to this location again. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Also the pizza maker was wiping his runny nose with his bare hand in the kitchen. Simply disgusting.
Horrible customer service by the manager Alex. The subs toppings are weighed. I guess I should of asked how much because once I just put the toppings together on my steak n cheese sub. I had a small child size bite. Ridiculous, I asked for a different one and she said no either get the same one or they'll refund me. Customers no longer matter, thank you anyways.
Had a problem with online ordering and Andrew was nice enough to take the order and apply the same coupon. Quite professional and patient even woth supply problems and being short staffed.
the store does fine for the most part, the problem comes from the fact that the store is only 3.5 miles away and yet they dont deliver to us. they deliver to other locations that are farther away than we are.
