Drove up from Findlay as several people recommended It, and we were not disappointed! We tried the Cold Hot Dip, a Jon Boy, a Smokehouse Burger w/o the bun and the Chicken Koster. Loved the hand cut fries, the burgers were juicy & delicious and the chicken was also cooked well. Pablo was a great server and made the evening fun for our small group.

Server was inattentive, & DRINKING on the job.Kept asking if I was alright. I had two drinks.I will not be returning. Second bad experience in a row.Last time the male bartender creeped me and my SIL out so bad we left after the first drink!
Docs is by far the best pub in town. They have good food, great service, and one of the more extensive beer lists around. Plus they're open early to have those morning beers. Their breakfast options are always a solid choice. I would recommend the open faced skillet. If you're looking for a Cheers like environment, this is the place for you.
My drink was delicious. I did not stay long enough for food but it looked great. I really also enjoyed the free popcorn
Fun bar, wish it was cleaner. I watched female bartender stick her fingers INSIDE of the cups and drinks being served at least 20x since being here and seen her wash her hands zero times. She was putting her fingers inside of glasses to grab them, she was putting her fingers inside the filled drinks with fingers actually touching the drinks inside of glass when she was picking up a few at once to move them out towards server. I was SHOCKED to see her repeatedly do this and serve these drinks out. I wonder how many people she served that night and how many people drank drinks that had her dirty fingers inside of their glasses and in their drinks. As a bartender, she should know better and serve and make drinks more sanitary. Used to be one of my favorite hangouts and bars but feel sanitary reasons and service has made me frequent this place less and less, which is a bummer. The bar itself is beautiful, the style and atmosphere is great at times. We were in a bigger group last visit, and when table left next to us, they came over and were putting chairs up on tables, when it was still a bit to closing, which gave us a feeling they wanted to close up early? So our group went elsewhere and left.
Good food as always...the "Cold Hot Dip" is different, but worth a try for sure. And the Lord Stanley's Loin sandwich had great smoke on it, but the Horsey Sauce needs more bite!
I ordered a Lake Perch dinner to pick up.What I got was 2 large pieces of a some fish,definitely NOT yellow lake perch. Lake Perch ,as stated in the menu, are much smaller.It was also very dry, like it had been freezerburned. VERY disappointed!
The only thing that was good was my grandsons grilled cheese. My fish was disgusting and the fries were burnt. My daughter got sick from her chicken tendes. Will never get food from there again
