Great food and great waitress
horrible service. our server appeared to be on a substance of some sort. nodding off not listening...until check time came at the end and she wanted a tip she started calling us "love" and being sweet. 3 of us ordered honey bourbon chicken tenders..after asking her which sauce was the sweetest. she told us it was almost to sweet and the other BBQ was buffalo spicy...well we get the wrong ones. extremely spicey..we ask her and she says oh they're not spicey, you got the right
The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The games were fun and plenty! Most definitely an excellent atmosphere. The food was impressive! The pretzel was huge, and came with beer cheese that I typically do not like. And I actually loved it. I came with my son for one on one time for his birthday and I will definitely return with the rest of the family!
The place was packed. We ended up having dinner at the bar and went out and played some games afterwards. My wife and I had a real good time. Even though she whooped me in most of the games we played lol
To the person who stole my sons card last night and cashed in over 5,000 of his tickets he’s been saving for months… and to the staff that refuses to do anything about it even tho you have the exact times they did this, Shame on you. We will not be coming back here and I have spent so much time with my kids here. DO BETTER!
The service was great but the food was terrible. The alcoholic beverages were pretty good so I would visit the bar for a drink here or there. The arcade was great that was the best part of the visit. I will be back for that part alone. I wouldn't recommend eating there though its not worth it. I was disappointed about that part. They need to add some better options to the menu.
Food was good. Sadly the appetizer came out after our meal. The service was the worst we have ever had. We only got one round of drinks while others with the same server were given multiple rounds. Usually we will have 2-3 given their ample choices and how often they change them. We had to share drinks with our meal because we ran out. No water unless you asked for it. We always thought water was given no matter what you asked for especially when ordering adult beverages. Very sad given we hadn't been able to go there for a few months. It used to be a fun time with great service. The waiter really needs to be better organized or find another line of work.
We had a great time, we got the 4 pack deal it was $60 a game card but they got 515 credits. We had nachos drinks kids meals. It was a fun birthday for our 3 boys!
Good food and fun. A little pricey though. Spent 300. The 3 kids got 60 a piece and dinner for us all. It was for the oldest son's birthday so it was worth it for him to have fun.
Half the games took the credits and didn’t work. Waited a hour and a half for a table on the last Friday of February, food was cold and burger was medium instead of medium well, my wife’s food came with a spoon and no fork? Like how are u going to eat noodles and chicken with a spoon! Kids didn’t even touch there kids meals it was just gross. Manager who I spoke to the following day didn’t care about anything and said bye
