Although long lines...well worth the wait..friendly staff.
I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate and rude and still be employed. Ordered a pick up order, arrived completely melted because they left the ice cream on the counter. Attempted to get our money back, no dice. I don't know if all these positive reviews are paid for, but I wouldn't recommend

My parents took me here for a bday treat and they’re very impressed by the guy who throws the ice cream into the bowl.Keep up the great work. I go to this Coldstone more than I should admit. ? Service is sometimes quite slow, but otherwise the employees are generally personable and the ice cream is always delicious!Not sure if it’s a health code violation or if I just think it’s kinda gross, but there was an employee chewing gum while serving customers recently. Just in case the owners/managers ever check the reviews. Chewing gum while working with food just seems generally yucky to me. Maybe don’t chew gum at work.
My partner and I come here to treat ourselves. The ice cream is usually unparalleled. Although the staff move slow, they are usually friendly. Have only had bad experiences a handful of times, but the quality of the ice cream seems like it may be declining.
The staff was very nice, and everything tasted great. However, we were both extremely sick to our stomachs in the hours and days afterwards ?
Just as good today as it was the last time I was there about 10 years ago! The German chocolate is so amazing! Been my favorite for over a decade!
