My order was due at 6:10p but I didn't get it until 6:34p. Not a bad wait time for ordering ahead. The inside was an absolute mess though. I know you are busy but someone please take 15 minutes to wipe down ALL the dirty tables and drink station.
I just stood in line FOREVER and then watched as a lady who had just taken out trash and re-lined the can pulled gloves out of her back pocket and put them on WITHOUT WASHING OR SANITIZING HER HANDS. Those trash germs were on her hands and then got all over the outside of those gloves as she took her time putting them on. She then started taking orders at the counter, using her hands to put the meat on the spoons. NO THANK YOU.

I love that they started doing tofu. The line was super quick to go through here. The service was nice and I feel like the atmosphere is always good at a chipotle. I recommend getting your burrito in a bowl and two shells on the side and you making it your self. I feel like you get more if you don't already know this hack ? the guacamole was super good I feel like it's expensive but it's worth it ?✌️?
Waited a long time in line because they were busy. No problem the crew was working hard and servicing customers. When i went to cash out they stated they didnt have coin change. Ok, ill pay with my card. Since they rang me up already there was an issue. When they opened the drawer...full of change! Probably splitting the extra money over the night amongst themselves as they said this to people in front of me and they just paid extra. Watch what they do here.
I suggest you stand in line rather than order for pick up! Believe it or not, it is faster. You know the cuisine. Filling. Something for everyone.
Slow, never gets my order right(I don't know why I've given them the benefit of the doubt when they mess up so badly so often), rude, messy. Forgot my order the one time in a group irder and when I placed the order again for it to be delivered they canceled my order. What a joke.
I’ll literally never go this Chipotle ever again. They constantly are running out of items and never get the delivery order or pick up orders right. Now don’t get me wrong people are human and make mistakes but whenever I go in they are out of rice and most of the protein. Today was the last straw after many, I go in order 2 bowls after assembling them the cashier informs me that they are only doing card when she sees me pulling out cash. We both stood there for a second both in awe mine being there was nothing anywhere posted saying such no note on the door and the person who made my food chose not to tell me before making two bowls that were probably thrown away. And the times i’ve ordered delivery my order is always wrong and something is missing. it’s ridiculous at this point.

This location went from the best location to be the worst location in Toledo. Since I moved to this part of town I’ve been getting my orders here, they changed so many people working there and now it’s like the current staff have no idea what’s on their menu or something. It feels like they aren’t being trained properly or they aren’t taking their job seriously.My two bowls I ordered on the app were missing a lot of things I requested. No corn, no fajitas veggies and barley had rice and everything was cold. It said on the app that my order will be ready at 8:30 and I was there 8:25 just to make I get my order nice and hot, waited couple minutes to get my order (the only thing was right in my order is being handed to me on time) but no heads up from staff that they were out of any ingredient nothing, handed me my bag “have a nice night sir” till I got home and wasn’t nice at all. Despite the fact that there was no forks and only one bottle of hot sauce and overall the drinks area was not clean at all. It’s sad to see this location doing this badly.P.s the staff should know how to handle shortages of ingredients and be on top of everything and every customer has the right to know what is going with their order. Basically if you don’t want to be there and do your job properly just work somewhere else and stop missing with other people food.
