Food is always great but the Customer Service is no where near Chipotle Standards. Every time I’ve gone in, it’s always this same individual. They’re serving and they have this attitude like it’s such a chore to be there and it’s a bad reflection on the company, this location in particular. I’ve been lied to saying that their system is down, near closing time, while they’re putting things away and that person busted out laughing as I walked out the door that night. The second time, I recognized the person again and same attitude not just Twitter m towards me but the the previous guests ahead of me. Light rolling of the eyes and body language that was given off negatively when I and others asked for more of this or a little bit more of that. Overall, unpleasant experience. I’d rather visit a different location while I’m in that area. This person, I’m sure if even talked to will just fake the happy, I’m sure still giving of that vibe. All the other Chipotle’s I’ve been to, the workers attitudes and expressions were always so positive and approachable to connect with even to soak up small talk. At this location, it’s dead.
This place is always a joke. I always order ahead of time and no matter what I still always have to wait when i arrive. Plus it would be nice to not receive an attitude for once or not be ignored for the first 5 minutes or so of waiting. And I have to ask someone for my food because they keep it in the back instead of on the pickup shelf like every other location.
I don't particularly care for this Chipotle because the staff isn't friendly or polite. I went there around 11am not long after they opened and they had no brown rice no fajitas no chicken... Why is that? So I chose other food items and my food was warm.
Person making food was kind & helpful. The young lady that cashed us out had a bad attitude and made us feel like we were bothering her so 5 stars for the food and 0 for cashier customer service.
Waited for 15 minutes in line, with only 1 person working in the front and 6 people were in the back chatting, seemed to be avoiding the customers. Finally my turn and ordered 2 salads and they told me that there was no vinaigrette for the salad. Asked them to make the dressing and they with attitude responded'"ehh ehh". Then had to leave the restaurant with no food after wasting 20 minutes out of my day. Sloppy management and bad customer service.
i’m not one to leave a review, but this is by far the worst chipotle restaurant around. i have been there several times, always a mobile order, and my food is cold and never made correct. this time, my bowl had little to no rice and was only half full. i won’t be back anytime soon. and to add, the stuff here is never friendly towards there guests.
This was the new plant base meat. It was nice lots of seasoning

Ordered a burrito and a burrito. The bowl was only half filled and missing rice, green salsa, and queso. My burrito was about 3 inches long missing lettuce. I paid $30 to have it delivered and what I got was $5 worth of food. I will never order from this location again. Pathetic no attempt to at least make it worth it. Worse then McDonald's large fries that's like a smallish meduim.
Ordered ahead on the app for pickup. Was on time to pick my order up, order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes & then was luke warm and not everything that I had ordered. Central Ave Chipotle at Westgate is the worst!
