Wow I found my new favorite store. Man the best in toledo
Meat dept. Is horrible, very low quality, been looking at the owner's replies to customers, it seems that they don't care what people are dealing with, just we need your money, and the owner or whomever replies to customers obviously very rude and disrespectful.Before going there I would suggest that you check out other Mediterranean markets across Toledo for a better quality, service and most important, RESPECT
I have been to this establishment many times, compared to other local middle east establishments this is by far the best over all. Amazing fresh food, great customer service, very clean and convenient. I feel like I'm back in my country every time I am there. Thank you so much for everything you do.
The Gryo Wraps and Grape Leaves were delicious. Also found my favorite chocolate bars. Definitely will stop again

Am not gonna talk about the taste of the food or anything, but about cheating issues and bad customer service. I called to put my order in, and the girl on the phone had an attitude and she needs to be trained on how to answer the phone and to get orders. I went to get my order, I said hi and everyone looked at me as if am sneaking to their bedroom or something, and everyone gave me that weird look, as the owner was there and gave same dirty look. Omg. When I went home I found my order is incomplete, like really were they hungry and they took some bites or whats the deal. They don't even know they're living in America and not MEA, so places like this would be shut for bad reviews and awful customer service, there's many places better than you guys so chill. The worst thing is that I can't reply back but I can edit my post to answer his rudeness way in responding and to tell him that the good rating he got when the store was almuna and owned by different person and am not against middle easterns but against rude people. and they need to learn how to please the customers in a reasonable way bc everything here works that way.

I wish there is a no star option because this place doesn't deserve any stars, since the ownership changed on this place, it became different, and the guy who owns the place now is aggressive and doesn't take any issues with the meat dept. Or service seriously, matter of fact if you complain he gets very aggressive and ready to call the police for having a bad review ?. Also if you go to.middle east market you will see a huge difference in price on a wide range of things.I wish the old owner could take over again and make it the best spot as it used to be.We never ever complained until the new owner showed up and turned the whole place down, again their meat dept. Is a big joke, watch out everyone, and be careful giving him a bad review, he will.lock you up ????
My husband went today to get yogurt from that horrible place and because we wrote a bad review about their meat the Haj (the owner) kicked him out and told him to put the yogurt down or he will call the police!All of that because we wrote a bad review!I expected from the owner the Haj to apologize instead of being rude and arrogant!Don't ever go there or you will get arrested for being honest and bad reviews!
