Wait staff was pleasant, food was out in a timely manner! Wish the chain overall would do a menu refresh, something unique. Overall a good experience with my kiddos
No matter what you order to go, something will always be missing…at least the last 6 times we’ve ordered…and the staff look at you odd when you check no tip on a to go order. Get it right if you expect tips on to go orders.
One of the best bdubs experiences I've had in a long time. Compared to some other bdubs this one has it going well. Service was great, food was hot, wings were sizeable and the beer was cold. Bathrooms were clean and you could tell this franchisee appeared to care about the place.
Place was busy which was good, food and service were decent. I would recommend visiting B Dubs on one of the days they have BOGO specials. Still have the best variety of flavors here, but it seems like the post-pandemic version of any chain like this is just not the same.
*During Covid Review* short staffed and were out of most for their menu items. If you only wanted wings then I guess you were set. If you wanted anything else you were sorry out of luck. Also, Buffalo Wild Wings is getting more and more exspensive.
It was too busy on Friday. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to get this dishes. More cooks should be hired.
Our food came out cold all 5 of our. When my son got his nachos the second time there was almost nothing on them. Just chips the waitress apologize for food being cold. No one came out to talk to us. Not one. The manager didn't come out to talk to us, to apologize nothing. Didn't even to offer to try to fix it.
Really nice place. Food was great, waitresses were really friendly and nice, they've got enough televisions to cover all the bases. Highly suggest!
The service is wonderful, the server was fast with drink refills before I could even ask for a refill she would already have it in her hand. However I do have to say there brisket nachos was amazing. it was my first time going and I am definitely going back sometime soon in the future.
58 minutes for 4 plates of food- 3/4 of those were cold. Asked to order something to take home and that took an additional 46 minutes AFTER our initial food came. Server only brought 1 glass of water every time we asked for more water for everyone- so we split it each time so we had water with our hot wings. Not a good experience. Not worth our time or money.
