Our first experience at Bob Evans, as we are from the UK. we were delighted with our meal, service was polite and caring, and the food delicious ?Will visit again should the opportunity arise.
My husband and I ate here today. Awesome food and service. Our server was Jessica and she did an awesome job. Friendly and attentive! Place was clean! We saw a sever and manager spray, clean and wipe tables and chairs. Will be going back.
Used to LOVE this place. ate HERE often & during covid had a great thanksgiving meal!tried the free delivery Friday !soup all veggies or noodles no broth! After 5 + Fridays the last straw whenn ordering the new ava cado chicken salad only a couple teaspoons of salad mixed with sides of green beans & mashed potatoes for anothet dinner * shouldve been packed separately both dinner not edible never agsin
We had a large party and we were sat quickly with great service. Food was great as well. No complaints
Ordered country fried steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls here’s what I received. Bob evans said it was a door dash issue?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️. Doesn’t matter was treated like crap by BOB EVANS employee. Won’t EVER RECOMMEND
My son & I had breakfast here today for my birthday. I haven’t been here in a while but it was wonderful! Kayla was so kind & gracious! I hope this company is doing all they can to retain good employees like her!
I placed a pick up order and when I made it home to enjoy my meal I was met with disappointment and discussed. My breaded chicken was hard and rubbery when I tried to eat it. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I'm not sure if it was dated product or neglect on the way it was prepared and cooked but on thing is certain, it should not have ever been served to a customer.
Called 7x this morning since 7:45am and got placed on hold for over 6 minutes 3 times. Then they hung up on me 2 times! The first 3 calls was a grumpy older lady who seemed to be irritated! Then I spoke to a younger lady and was placed on hold again!!! Then I finally asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she was the manager..she was not friendly and I told her I've been placed on hold for over 30 minutes trying to place an order. She seemed to not to care and didn't even offer to take my order over the phone...so I just hung up on her after she said " we're too busy!" Didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience! -?( negative star ).

I went for a breakfast meal so this is what my review is based on. The experience at Bob Evans was very good due to the quality of the food and the appreciative staff. Overall the staff was very nice and the food in which I ordered was biscuits and gravy in a bowl which honestly was highly favorable, and pleasent to consume.
