Definitely wouldn't recommend for employment. You can be dedicated and hard working for this business and they'll let you go in a heartbeat. I worked 9 months for this location an even became the GM. Worked my as* for them, and instead of being told and having help on things Dustin thought I wasn't doing well he chose to just fire me and replace me for his convenience. Many other jobs are hiring I'd suggest another option...Here your just a disposable number.:)
Imagine my surprise when I got to the window and the medium cold brew was $3.79, instead of the $2.39 listed on the menu! I told the batista and she said, yeah, they raised to prices, I don't know why they didn't change all the signage! That's a huge price jump, and to not put it on the menu is completely wrong...very bad business! And the batista are surely suffering a loss of tips! I wasn't able to tip, unless I put it on a card...and that wasn't going to happen! I visited again about a week later, the prices still haven't been changed! I find that to be bad business!
While the service was very friendly and I was greeted when I walked in the door, both drinks I ordered were not okay. My tea latte tasted like soap and my regular coffee with cream and sugar tasted burnt. I'm a big fan of bigby up until now.
I’m done ordering from this location. They are constantly out of everything and/or my orders always arrive with missing items. Every time. They never take the time to call and ask if I’d like a replacement of items they are out of, despite my note informing them to do so. I used to work for Biggby several years ago. The drinks are poorly and carelessly made here. Trash location. Order elsewhere. The other bad reviews speak for themselves. A call to corporate may be in order. Don’t franchise a business if you can’t run it successfully.
I'm getting really mad at this location almost every time I've been going there the drinks are never what I'm expecting everything taste like straight creamer this is not just happened once but multiple times. Getting tired of spending my money and can't even drink it I have to dump it out.
Courtney was amazing! Always excellent service whenever I stop in and the staff, esp Courtney, is amazing!
Needs to train their employees on all drinks and how to talk to their customers. Tried to order a drink that we know they have only to be told rudely he been there for two months and never heard of it instead of actually looking.
Always a pleasure going in to this Biggby coffee they are always so nice and friendly. Great customer service...??
I came through the drive on 11/16/2021 @ 330ish pm at the Byrne location and there was a lady who went above and beyond for me and my sister we got caramel mocha and she added chocolate chips. So I wanted to thank you for looking out for us ☺️☺️. Stay blessed
They changed their hours to close at 6. I work 8 to 5 so by the time I get home near this location it's 5:20, yet when I go up to go inside they've already locked the doors and turned off most of the lights. In the past I've also had mixed service. Some good and some bad barristas.Another time I tried using the drive through ONCE, and I didn't see the intercom behind the building (it's a very weird layout / way to ENTER the drive through) and they didn't have any signs for it. So I pulled up to the window and the lady that took my order (who I had previous bad experiences / vibes with) was a bit rude. I saw someone else had this same issue with the drive through AND rude service because of it.Growing up I've gotten bigby so much but as the years have passed I've started to dislike the service and the drinks more and more. It's just gone a bit downhill for some / a handful of locations.
