I love their latte's. I love Biggby Coffee.Minus -⭐ for being so far from home.They're putting one in my hometown so a 5 star Biggby Coffee rating is coming. Then again, I know my town. We'll see.
Disappointed. My fault, I didn't realize only some biggbys are vegan. This one, sadly, was not. Stopped in for a vegan breakfast sandwich with cheese and only got the bagel. It was good, but I wished they'd had any options at all to go with it. Even the sweet barista that took my order lamented about the lack of options for us. At least they had the common non dairy options for coffee.
I had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with a mango redbull freeze. The service was quick and the food was delicious. I would also recommend the strawberry redbull freeze as well.
Hours are wrong, says they open at 6am and here I am and the door is locked. Called since I seen them inside and they tell me they don’t open till 6:30am. So google is wrong, and so is their door times.
They're the best Biggby in the area. Coffee was perfect, they had positive interactions with every customer, and gave me extra food options I didn't even know about. Will be back!
1st time there.. 9 a.m... drive thru had 6 cars..went inside.. 1 worker.. waited on 2 cars.. still no greeting.. we left.. always wanted to try it.. but I did feel bad for worker..there's no way to not be buried..
Went to pick up coffee for my wife. Closed about 45 min before posted modified hours. Closing 3hrs early due to staffing I understand, not honoring what you post in your window about it I don't.
Pretty consistently a tragic experience. Just had my order taken by someone wearing headphones. While the other employee was on her phone at the end of the counter. Person who took my order didn't take out headphones, and mumbled everything (probably couldn't hear themselves talking). Other Barista just stood at the end of the counter on her phone.When I got my Latte It didn't have any espresso in it. Just Hot milk.I've not seen an employee last more than 2 months here. Always someone new who doesn't care enough about employee experience to even take out their headphones.
The morning crew ladies know how to make an amazing Island Bear Latte iced and hot ♥️♥️
This is one of the slowest BIGGBY locations I have ever been too. Waited over 15 minutes for two iced coffees.
