We were looking online for a good burger and I found Berger’s. We went there on a Sunday evening, and it was very busy—there were no tables so we sat at the bar. There was only one server, but she did a very good job of keeping up—she was the only bartender as well! We ordered onion rings to start and they were very good! I asked for the spicy ranch sauce for dipping—I highly recommend! I then had the Bacon Mushroom Burger, which was really good. My husband had the Classic Cheeseburger, but he said it was too well done—he wanted medium well. But it was not dried out, it was still tasty. I would recommend giving Berger’s a try—it’s a really good neighborhood bar with good food!
The worst customer service in the city of Toledo. Multiple times we have tried to go here after a HS softball game with a group of 5. Bartenders the last 2 times have not even said “Hi we will be right with you.” Stood there for over 10 min with no one saying a word. I would not recommend going to this establishment spend your money somewhere else.
We have been here a couple of times. It is always solidly good food in a non-pretentious environment. Somehow the service has always been exceptional even when every seat is taken and the bartender is the only waitress. She is an exceptionally multitasker. The fish sandwich and the bacon burger are both great choices, definitely recommend the onion rings.
I can’t believe you allow drunk guest that have obviously had to much to drink walk out the door and get into his car and leave. The dude fell into the wall of the Chinese restaurant and it just baffles me that there’s no cut off point. If one of my family members was hurt over this clown, I’d own that bar and sue every management member that was working that day. Shame on you I called police and reported your business as well.
Wanted to try a new place and was not disappointed. Have been here 3 times now and the food and service have been great. Definitely recommend and will continue to go back.

Great food, glad we stopped in for lunch! There was only one waitress and she was busy but service was fast and courteous! Even though she was busy with customers she cleaned so thoroughly in between serving the customers!! Will def go back, awesome job!!
Wow! Don’t normally leave Google reviews, but wanted to let this place know how awesome they are! We were in town this weekend for a concert and happened to stumble across this little hole in the wall gem! We had their 1/2 burger, chicken chunks, and Italian sub and the food was absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service too! If we’re ever back in the Toledo area we will definitely be back!
Food is fantasticService is horrible.Dining in you will likely consider leaving before you are waited on even if they are nearly empty.I have never successfully ordered take out over the phone. You are likely to be told to "hang on" and hear the phone set on the bar and never have your order taken.I would rather go with good food and sub par service over great service and questionable food but nearly everytime I go to Berger's I question myself why.
Best hamburger hands down the meat is fresh and l love the bun
