So first off this was gonna be a 3 star review but will the manager took care of me and my ma and mad our experience alot better. It was mostly out service from our waitress that made the experience bad. For example she came to our table 2 times in like 40 min and I had to go up to the bar for my own shot I ordered that was sitting there. The bartender Cheyenne was amazing she was very nice and attentive. The bar was plenty stocked with food and the cooks were nice and seemed efficient. I recommend the all you can eat bowls just don't fill up on soup and salad. My ma had the beer cheese soup with she said was amazing. Will the manager was very nice and understanding and made eye contact and made sher you were happy. I don't really know if I'd recommend this place but you can give it a try if you like. I don't know if will be back to this one but possibly another some where else
I have been coming to this place for 2 years now, and i absolutely love it. There is only one server i will come here to see though for the best service and its not even that the other servers are bad, it's that Cheyenne is just absolutely amazing, she knows my name, my drink, and everything when i come in, she always gives the best service my drink is hardly ever empty for long and she is just so sweet. She is one of the main reasons besides good food that i keep coming back, if anything goes wrong she is quick on the fix for it i always feel happy when she is the one at my table.
Chose to go here for my birthday dinner. I definitely made a terrible choice. Let me say though, our server, Megan, really did her best to check on us & make sure our drinks were full & checked the grill line multiple times for our orders. Megan is awesome!The whole point of dining here is watching them make your unique mixture of food right on the grill. Well, you still can watch them - from the comfort of your seat.You now get a post-it note with your name & table # on it. When you're finished picking the ingredients for your dish, you're directed to a number (like before but way more spaces) & you leave your dish, sauces, & post-it & head back to your table. As I sat & watched them grab others' food around my bowl, I could tell there was no longer a pattern of how they picked up the food. My sister & I had our creations on the counter at the same time & yet, she received her food 20 minutes before I did. At one point, they lost my dad's order completely. (Don't forget, they have the post-it with the name & table on it so how that even happened...) We agreed, we won't be coming back to that location for a very long time, if ever again.
My wife and I love this place. Wish they had more soup varieties but in all love and margaritas are great ?
This place is fantastic. Build your own bowl with exactly what you want. Food cooked perfectly. Rice included on the side. Service was prompt and did a great job making sure we were taken care of.
Food was good service was horrible. Server came by took our order for the tortillas and rice and waters. Dropped off and was never seen again. Waited 45 mins with empty glasses waiting for to go boxes and our bill. Two other servers came over and dealt with our situation.
Overall good, just the service lacked, our waiter wasn't very attentive to our needs, had to remind him of a few things we were missing. I understood he was busy, may have been new so I took that into account. He apologized and assured me next time it would be better.
My first visit. Had to learn how to make a Mongolian dinner. Didn't do to bad for my first trip,ate it all. HUGE variety of veggies,meats and sauces. Great service
We had a terrible experience this evening. With the new process after covid we leave our bowls at the grill then they are brought to us at our table. My wife, son and I left our bowls at the same time. There was about 15 minute wait before they brought my wife and son's bowls, not mine. It was another 15 minutes before my bowl came even though our waitress came by 3 times saying that it was not going to be much longer for my bowl to be ready. My family had finished thier meals before mine even arrived. Unfortunately I usually make small bowls and get unlimited so I can try different options. I did not have time to wait for more bowls to be prepared, I actually left still hungry. This was not the experience I expect for paying over $70 for our meals.
Great experience today. First time being here. Most of the food was cooked well. Shrimp was a little over cooked but not inedible. Everything else was cooked great! Good service as well. Would recommend and will return!
